Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends. How is everyone doing today? We’re halfway through the week and on our way to the weekend already.

Today’s card is for the inspiration challenge from The Card Concepts. The inspiration photo #222 is Christmas Gathering. Using the Delicate Pines Dies, cut 3 of the large pine boughs from a panel of Peaceful Garden Glimmer Paper and cut the medium snowflake from a panel of Elegant Pine Snowflakes DSP. Adhere the 3 large pine boughs together. Adhere the die cut snowflake on top of the pine boughs. Adhere the die cut panel to the panel of Cherry Cobbler, off centering it. Adhere the layered panel to the card front.

Good Saturday morning stamping friends. We are having the best time every here in GA. We’ve been doing a lot of laughing, catching up and eating. There’s always a lot of eating going on when we’re together. Yesterday started with James’ delicious Blueberry French toast and homemade Hash Browns. Lunch was a little lighter with a Baked Potato bar & Salad. We had an amazing Dijon-Crusted Roast Pork Loin with Cranberry & Apple Chutney along with his famous Carrot Souffle (which he really needs to make a double batch of), Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Spinach & Mushroom Risotto.

Today’s card is one of the cards I prepared for our shoebox card swap. We all have to bring a card for everyone else to make at the retreat. Good Friday morning stamping friends and welcome to my Fun Fold Friday!! Are you getting ready for the weekend? I was finally able to get outside and do some weeding and dead heading to my flowers yesterday. I spent about 5 hours outside and only made a small dent. I decided it was time to call it quits when it was 85 with a real feel of 100, and it was going up to over 90. This morning I’m heading out really early again to do the same in my backyard gardens. It’s supposed to be in the upper 90’s today. Hopefully I won’t be out there as long.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Rustic Centerpiece Cling Stamp Set along with the Stampin’ Up! Pattern of Friendship Photopolymer Stamp Set, Country Woods Designer Series Paper and Textured Notes Dies for my card today.

I got this template from Mary Deatherage which made assembling the card super easy.

Score and fold the Gray Granite card base at 1″, 2″, 3″ & 4″. Add the 3 panels of Country Woods DSP to the center 3 sections. Add Tear & Tape on the 1st scored section (see the image above). Adhere the panel of Country Woods DSP to the larger section of the card base. Adhere the first section to the back panel making a cube.

Stamp the succulent image from the Rustic Centerpiece stamp set in tuxedo Black Ink towards the bottom of the Basic White panel. Color the image with Blackberry Bliss, Calypso Coral, Crumb Cake, Granny Apple Green, Lost Lagoon, Petal Pink and Pretty Peacock Stampin’ Blends Markers. Stamp the sentiment from Pattern of Friendship stamp set in Gray Granite Ink on the top of the panel.

Using the 2nd largest Textured Notes Dies, cut a panel of Gray Granite. Adhere the artwork to the center of the die cut panel. Adhere the layered panel to the tower section of the card base using adhesive only on a small section on the back left of the panel. Add a few Charming Shimmer Faceted Dots to the card front.

Stamp the sentiment from the Pattern of Friendship stamp set in Gray Granite Ink on a panel of Basic White. Adhere a panel of Country Woods DSP to the bottom of the panel. Adhere the Basic White panel to a Petal Pink mat then to the back of the card base.

Good Tuesday morning stamping friends. How did your week start off? After my busy weekend and start of a new week, I’m hoping to play catch up today since I have off.

I played with the Blending Brushes today and an Embossing Folder. Here’s my card for today.

Emboss a Basic White panel using the Sunrise Sailing Hybrid Embossing Folder. Using the Blending Brushes, add Summer Splash Ink to the bottom of the panel. On the top portion, add Lemon Lolly, fresh Freesia and Highland Heather Inks with the Blending Brushes. Adhere the colored embossed panel to a Highland Heather card base.

On a panel of Basic White, stamp the sailboat image from the Stampin’ Up! Sunrise Sailing Photopolymer Stamp Set in Secret Sea Ink. cut the sailboat out using the Sunrise Sailing Dies and Hybrid EF. Adhere the sailboat to the card front, over the embossed sailboat, with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a panel of Basic White, stamp the sentiment from the Sunrise Sailing stamp set in Secret Sea Ink. Stamp the water image from the Sunrise Sailing stamp set in Summer Splash Ink, stamping off once on scrap paper, under the sailboat image. Adhere the Basic White panel to a Highland Heather mat then to the inside of the Highland Heather card base.

Good Tuesday morning stamping friends and Happy Earth Day!!! I hope your week has started off well. After a cold day here again in NJ yesterday we’re back in the 70’s the rest of the week. Maybe I’ll finally want to go outside to do more gardening.

I played with a new stamp set coming on May 6th for today’s card along with using the new 2025-2027 In-Colors and doing the emboss resist technique. Here’s my card for today.

I used the new Stampin’ Up! Feathered Fun Photopolymer Stamp Set (available May 6th) along with the Stampin’ Up! Online Exclusive It’s Okay Cling Stamp Set and Textured Notes Dies for my card today.

On a panel of Basic White, stamp the branch, reverse side of the leaves and reverse side of the bird images from the Feathered Fun stamp set in Versamark Ink. Sprinkle the images with Black Embossing Powder and set it using the Heat Tool. Starting on the bottom of the panel, add Timid Tiger Ink using a Blending Brush. On the center of the panel, add Strawberry Slush Ink with a Blending Brush, overlapping the Timid Tiger to blend the colors. Add Secret Sea Ink on the top of the panel using a Blending Brush, getting a little darker towards the top. Using a small paintbrush dipped in water, splatter drops of water on the panel and let it dry completely.

On the top of a panel of Secret Sea, stamp the sentiment from the It’s Okay stamp set in Versamark Ink. Sprinkle the sentiment with White Embossing Powder and set it using the Heat Tool. Cut the artwork panel using the 3rd largest Textured Notes Dies. Adhere the artwork panel to the sentiment panel using Stampin’ Seal. Add Wink of Stella to the artwork panel, by tapping it on your finger or a Bone Folder to add splatters.

Adhere a panel of Wood Textured Spec Paper to a Secret Sea card base using Liquid Glue. Adhere the layered panel to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Add a few Iridescent Faceted Gems by the sentiment.

Designer Series Paper Online Zoom Class

Tara Carpenter and I are super excited about offering you this Free Online Zoom Class

Do you struggle with different ways to use all your Designer Series Paper? Tara and I are teaming up for a Zoom class to show you 6 different cards using just Designer Series Paper and a Sentiment. Of course, we’ll add embellishments and maybe ribbon or twine, but this class will primarily be using DSP. We have picked a pack of DSP with all the new 2025-2027 In-Colors and that’s what we will be focusing on. You can see the DSP starting on page 40 of the 2025-2026 Annual Catalog. The class will be held on Sunday May 18th from 1pm-5pm ET. The best part is you can earn this class absolutely FREE. You will cut all the cardstock and DSP of your choice prior to the class so you are ready to go. We will NOT be cutting up cardstock or DSP the day of the event. Emboss a Basic White card front using the Happy Hibiscus Hybrid Embossing Folder. Adhere a panel of Unbounded Beauty DSP to the center of the card front using Liquid Glue. Adhere the layered panel to a Pretty in Pink card base using Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Basic White, stamp the outline of the trio of flowers from the Stampin’ Up! Happy Hibiscus Photopolymer Stamp Set in Pretty in Pink Ink. Stamp the solid flowers over the outlined flowers in Pretty in Pink Ink, stamping off once on scrap paper. Cut the flowers out using the Happy Hibiscus Dies and Hybrid Embossing Folder. Using the Spotlight on Nature Dies, cut the circle from a panel of Pretty in Pink and a smaller circle from a panel of Basic White. Adhere the Basic White circle to the Pretty in Pink circle using Stampin’ Seal. Adhere the layered circle to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Adhere the flowers to the circle using Stampin’ Dimensionals. .

Using the Happy Hibiscus Dies, cut 3 leaves from a panel of Soft Sea Foam. Adhere the leaves under the flowers using Glue Dots. On a panel of Basic White, stamp the sentiment from the Happy Hibiscus stamp set in Pretty in Pink Ink. Cut the sentiment out using the Happy Hibiscus Dies. Adhere the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Add a few Iridescent Pearls Basic Jewels to the flower centers.

On a panel of Basic White, stamp the sentiment from the Happy Hibiscus stamp set in Pretty in Pink Ink. Stamp the medium outline flower from the Happy Hibiscus stamp set in Pretty in Pink Ink on the bottom of the panel. Stamp the solid medium flower from the Happy Hibiscus stamp set in Pretty in Pink Ink, stamping off once on scrap paper, over the outlined image. Stamp the detailed and solid leaf images from the Happy Hibiscus stamp set around the flower in Soft Sea Foam Ink. Adhere the Basic White panel to a Soft Sea Foam mat then to the inside of the Pretty in Pink card base.

Decorate a Basic White Medium Envelope to finish the card. Stamp the medium outline flower from the Happy Hibiscus stamp set in Pretty in Pink Ink on the envelope front. stamp the solid medium flower from the Happy Hibiscus stamp set in Pretty in Pink Ink, stamping off once over the outlined image. Stamp the leaf images from the Happy Hibiscus stamp set in Soft Sea Foam Ink around the flower. Adhere a panel of Unbounded Beauty DSP to the envelope flap.

I’m offering a Designer Series Paper share from the January-April 2025 Mini Catalog along with the upcoming January Online Exclusives and I’d love to have you join!!  I’m placing my share order early on January 7th and I’m going to use the expedited shipping option so I should be able to have the shares cut, bundled and back out to you during the week of January 12th. How my shares work:  I order full packs of all of the Designer Series Papers listed below, I cut them into 6″ X 6″ pieces (or 6″ X 12″ pieces for double shares) and give you one panel of each design from each pack on the list.  I pack up the paper in a cellophane bag with labels listing the Name, Item # and Colors in the pack and mail it back out to you just as quickly as I can!

Double DSP Share – $42.00 + $9.00 Shipping by Priority Mail – if you’d like double shares of the designer paper, I’m offering those too!  I’ll cut the 12″ X 12″ designer paper sheets into 6″ X 12″ so that you’ll be able to get 3 full A2 size card fronts from each sheet and you’ll get double sheets of the 6″ X 6″ since they’re already precut.

New Ribbon Share – $11.00 plus $9.00 Priority Mail Shipping

All ribbons will come individually wrapped and labeled with the name and number of the product. Please note that ribbons are being divided differently, you will be getting one fourth of a roll of each of the Ribbons.
