Stampin’ Up! Spotlight on Nature

Good Wednesday morning stamping friends. We’re halfway through the week already and on our way to the weekend. Working in retail, my boss said to me one time, “after 4th of July, the summer’s over”. I never believed him until lately. The summer is just flying by on me. What happen to those Lazy-Hazy-Crazy days of Summer? Time needs to slow down. We hit over 100 yesterday with the real feel of 110 in the afternoon. Then that followed by thunderstorms in the evening. A true summer day here in NJ.

Today’s card I played along with 2 challenges and one of them makes your own background paper. If you’d like to see a quick video on how I made this card, Click Here to go to my Instagram Reels. Here’s my card for today.

Stampin' Up! Spotlight On Nature Birthday 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Spotlight on Nature Cling Stamp Set along with the Stampin’ Up! Unbounded Love Photopolymer Stamp Set for my card today.

I joined in with Inspire. Create Challenge #172 – Case The Designer

My colors are from Hand Stamped Sentiments Color Challenge #442.

Stampin' Up! Spotlight On Nature Birthday 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I stamped the flower, leaf and butterfly images from the Spotlight on Nature stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a panel of Basic White. I colored the images using Daffodil Delight, Petunia Pop and Summer Splash Stampin’ Blends Markers.

I randomly stamped the splatter image from the Spotlight on Nature stamp set in Daffodil Delight Ink on the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Basic Black mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to a Summer Splash card base using Liquid Glue.

I stamped the sentiment from the Unbounded Love stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a panel of Basic White. I adhered the sentiment to a Basic Black mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered a piece of Summer Splash 3/8″ Bordered Ribbon to the card front in a ‘Z’ using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered sentiment to the card front over the ribbon using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a 2024-2026 In-Color Resin Dot to the sentiment.

On the inside, I stamped the sentient from the Unbounded Love stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a panel of Basic White. Stampin’ Up! Wildly Flowering Designs

Good Tuesday afternoon stamping friends. How are you all doing today? We haven’t melted here in NJ yet but getting close. Last I saw we’re in the triple digits here today with 1000% humidity. I’m staying in as much as possible. I’m convinced that Coraline understands when I say things to my daughter. We got home later than expected last night and it was getting dark. We decided that we were going to get up early to go out and water all my plants. At 5am, Cora started wining to come out of her crate, so that was my que to get up and go out to water. I was so happy I did because by 7am I couldn’t breathe outside.

I have a super quick card for you today using an entire suite from the annual catalog. If you’d like to see a quick video on how I made this card, Click Here to go to my Instagram Reels. Here’s my card for today.

My design is from TGIF Sketch Challenge #481

I cut the ends of the sentiment on an angle using Paper Snips. I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Adhesive-Backed Textured Dots to the card front.

Stampin’ Up! Inspiring Snapdragons Thank You

Good Wednesday morning stamping friends. We’re halfway through this HOT week and on our way to the weekend. It’s supposed to cool down here in NJ on Friday to the 80’s and then right back up to the upper 90’s next week. Hoe is it where you all live?

I have a quick card for you today playing with a new bundle that I just received. I did the Marker to Stamp technique for today’s card. If you’d like to see a quick video on how I made this card, Click Here to go to my Instagram Reels. Here’s my card for today.

Stampin' Up! Inspiring Snapdragons 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Inspiring Snapdragons Bundle along with the Stampin’ Up! Hope You Know Cling Stamp Set, 2024-2026 In-Color 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper and Online Exclusive Greetings of the Season Dies for my card today.

Stampin' Up! Inspiring Snapdragons 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by adhering a panel of 2024-2026 In-Color DSP to a Basic Black mat using Liquid Glue. I adhered the layered panel to a Petunia Pop card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Stampin' Up! Inspiring Snapdragons 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

On a panel of Basic White, I stamped the medium snapdragon image from the Stampin’ Up! Inspiring Snapdragons Cling Stamp Set. I inked up the stamp using Berry Burst, Bubble Bath, Petunia Pop and Shy Shamrock Stampin’ Write Markers. I gave it a little huff and stamped the image on the panel of Basic White. I cut the image out using the Greetings of the Season Dies. I stamped the splatter image from the Inspiring Snapdragons stamp set in Bubble Bath Ink around the image. I threaded Black Baker’s Twine through the tag hole and tied a bow. I adhered the die cut panel to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Stampin' Up! Inspiring Snapdragons 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

I stamped the 2 dragonfly images from the Inspiring Snapdragons stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a panel of Basic White. I cut the images out using the Inspiring Snapdragons Dies. I adhered the dragonflies to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. On a strip of Petunia Pop, I stamped the sentiment from Hope You Know stamp set in Versamark Ink. I sprinkled the sentiment with Black Embossing Powder and set it using the Heat Tool. I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added an Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Gem to the card front.

Stampin' Up! Inspiring Snapdragons 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from Hope You Know stamp set in Petunia Pop Ink on a panel of Basic White. I stamped the splatter image from the Inspiring Snapdragons stamp set in Bubble Bath Ink around the sentiment. I stamped the 2 dragonfly images from Inspiring Snapdragons stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink by the sentiment. I adhered a strip of 2024-2026 In-Color DSP to the side of the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Basic Black mat then to the inside of the Petunia Pop card base.

Stampin' Up! Inspiring Snapdragons 6 creativestampingdesigns.com

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the medium snapdragon image from the Inspiring Snapdragons stamp set on the envelope front, inking it up the same way I did for the card. I stamped the splatter image from Inspiring Snapdragons stamp set in Bubble Bath Ink around the image. I stamped the dragonfly images from the Inspiring Snapdragons stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. Good Tuesday morning my stamping friends welcome to Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop. It’s the 2nd Tuesday of the month so that means Blog Hop Day!! If you are starting with me, be sure to hop around to see everyone’s beautiful projects. If you’ve hopped over from Akiko’s blog, welcome to my blog and thank you for stopping by. The theme this month is “Fun Fold”. We can interpret this however we want. If you’d like to see a quick video on how I made this card, Click Here to go to my Instagram Reels. Here’s my card for today.

Stampin' Up! Charming Duck Pond Fun Fold 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Charming Duck Pond Photopolymer Stamp Set along with the Lily Pond Lane 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper for my card today.

Stampin' Up! Charming Duck Pond Fun Fold 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by scoring and folding a Pretty in Pink card base as listed in the measurements below. I cut the panel of Lily Pond Lane DSP in half at 1 7/8″. I cut the top of the panel at 3″ and I cut the bottom panel at 2″. This makes the 4 panels you need for the card front.

Stampin' Up! Charming Duck Pond Fun Fold 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

I adhered the panels of Lily Pond Lane DSP to Pretty Peacock mats using Liquid Glue. I adhered the layered panels to Pretty in Pink card front panels using Liquid Glue. I added Liquid Glue to the right 1″ folded card front panel. I adhered the 2″ layered panel to the top and the 3″ layered panels to the bottom, lining up the right edge of the card front. I added Liquid Glue to the left 1″ card front panel. I adhered the 3″ layered panel to the top and the 2″ layered panel to the bottom, lining up the left edge.

Stampin' Up! Charming Duck Pond Fun Fold 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

On a panel of Basic White, I stamped the sentiment from the Charming Duck Pond stamp set in Pretty Peacock Ink. I fussy cut the sentiment using Paper Snips. I adhered the sentiment to the top card front panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few of the Adhesive-Backed Dapple Dots to the card front.

Stampin' Up! Charming Duck Pond Fun Fold 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the inside, I stamped the sentiments from Charming Duck Pond stamp set in Pretty Peacock Ink on a panel of Basic White. I stamped the duck images from the Charming Duck Pond stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the bottom of the panel. I stamped the cattail image from the Charming Duck Pond stamp set in Pretty Peacock and Pretty in Pink Inks next to the ducks. I colored the images using Granny Apple Green, Gray Granite, Peach Pie, Pretty in Ink and Pretty Peacock Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Pretty Peacock mat then to the inside of the Pretty in ink card base.

To complete my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the cattail image from the Charming Duck Pond stamp set on the envelope front in Pretty in ink and Pretty Peacock Inks. I adhered a panel of Lily Pond Lane DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Everyday Details CAS

Good Tuesday morning stamping friends. How is everyone doing today? We had such a gorgeous day here yesterday in NJ. The heat wave broke for a day and it was down to 79, but it was the windiest day you could imagine. It was so strong it knocked one of my tomato plants over. Luckily, I didn’t lose any of the tomatoes.

My card today uses all but 1 of the new 2024-2026 in-Colors. If you’d like to see a quick video of how I made this card, Click Here to go to my Instagram Reels. Here is my card for today.

Stampin' Up! Everyday Details CAS 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Everyday Details Cling Stamp Set along with the Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder for my card today.

Stampin' Up! Everyday Details CAS 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by stamping the flower vase image from the Everyday Details stamp set in Pebbled Path Ink on a panel of Basic White. I colored the image using Peach Pie, Petunia Pop, Pretty in Pink and Summer Splash Stampin’ Blends Markers. After I colored the vase, I went over it with the Stampin’ Blends Color Lifter to lighten the color a bit.

Stampin' Up! Everyday Details CAS 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

I stamped the sentiment from the Everyday Details stamp set in Pebbled Path Ink next to the vase. I stamped the dotted image from the Everyday Details stamp set in Peach Pie Ink around the vase image. I embossed the panel using the Distressed Tile EF.

Stampin' Up! Everyday Details CAS 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

I adhered the embossed panel to a Peach Pie mat using Liquid Glue. I adhered the layered panel to a Basic White Thick card base using Stampin’ Seal. I added a few Adhesive-Backed Dappled Dots to the card front.

Stampin' Up! Everyday Details CAS 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Everyday Details stamp set in Pebbled Path Ink on a panel of Basic White. I stamped the dotted image from the Everyday Details stamp set in Peach Pie Ink around the sentiment and corners. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Peach Pie mat then to the inside of the Basic White Thick card base.

Stampin' Up! Everyday Details CAS 6 creativestampingdesigns.com

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the flower vase image from the Everyday Details stamp set in Pebbled Path Ink on the envelope front and just the flowers on the envelope flap in Pebbled Path Ink. I stamped the dotted image from the Everyday Details stamp set in Peach Pie Ink around the images. I colored the images the same as I did for the card.

Stampin’ Up! Sketched Butterflies CAS

Good Monday morning stamping friends and welcome to the first full week of Summer!!! How was everyone’s weekend? It was a hot one here in NJ. It’s been in the 90’s since last week and yesterday we hit 99. When I walked out of work at 5pm I couldn’t breathe the air quality was so bad. We had quite a few bad thunderstorms roll through, but they made it worse, I think.

Today’s card is a pretty quick CAS one. I always love doing white on white. If you’d like to see a quick video of how I made this card, Click Here to go to my Instagram Reels. Here is my card for today.

Stampin' Up! Sketched Butterflies CAS 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Sketched Butterflies Bundle along with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder for my card today.

My design is from Freshly Made Sketches #641.

My colors and theme are from Just Us Girls Mood Board #732.

Stampin' Up! Sketched Butterflies CAS 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by embossing a Basic White card front using the Timber EF. I adhered the embossed panel to a Basic White mat using Liquid Glue. I adhered the layered panel to a Basic Whtie Thick card base using Stampin’ Seal.

Stampin' Up! Sketched Butterflies CAS 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Sketched Butterflies Cling Stamp Set in Misty Moonlight Ink on a panel of Basic White. I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Liquid Glue.

Stampin' Up! Sketched Butterflies CAS 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

On a panel of Basic Whtie, I stamped 2 of the butterfly images from the Sketched Butterflies stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the images using Bubble Bath, Lemon Lolly and Pool Party Stampin’ Blends Markers. I cut the butterflies out using the Sketched Butterflies Dies. I cut the small, detailed butterfly using the Sketched Butterflies Dies from a panel of Misty Moonlight. I adhered the detailed butterfly to the small butterfly using Liquid Glue. I adhered the larger butterfly to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the smaller butterfly above and under the larger one using Glue Dots. I added a few Lemon Lolly Tinsel Gems Four Pack to the card front.

Stampin' Up! Sketched Butterflies CAS 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Sketched Butterflies stamp set in Misty Moonlight Ink. Using the Sketched Butterflies Dies, I cut the detailed butterfly trio from a panel of Misty Moonlight. I adhered the detailed die cut butterflies by the sentiment. I adhered the Basic Whtie panel to a Basic White mat then to the inside of the Basic White Thick card base.

Stampin' Up! Sketched Butterflies CAS 6 creativestampingdesigns.com

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the cluster of butterflies from the Sketched Butterflies stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front. I stamped the larger butterfly from the Sketched Butterflies stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope flap. I colored the images using Bubble Bath, Lemon Lolly and Pool Party Stampin’ Blends Markers.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you like the card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Under The Moon So Sincere

Good Wednesday morning stamping friends Happy Juneteenth!! Today is a special day, it’s my son’s 29th birthday. It’s hard to believe he’s 29 already, I feel like he was just a baby yesterday. I went to another graduation yesterday which was outside in the wonderful heat wave we’re having. As hot as it was, there was a breeze, so the heat didn’t feel too bad. It was my oldest niece’s son graduating yesterday and her daughter graduated Monday from 8th grade. It was so nice seeing her and the kids who I haven’t seen in a while. Afterwards we were able to catch up and chat for a bit.

I have another super quick card for you today where I let the DSP do most of the work. It’s one of my cashier’s birthday this week and she loves sailing. I always try to make cards for them having to do with something they like. If you’d like to see a quick video of how I made this card, Click Here to go to my Instagram Reels. Here’s my card for today.

On a Thoughtful Journey DSP card front, I stamped the sentiment from the So Sincere stamp set in Misty Moonlight Ink on the side of the panel.

I stamped the sailboat image from the Under the Moon stamp set in Misty Moonlight Ink 2 times on the card front panel. I stamped the cloud image from the Under the Moon stamp set in Versamark Ink on the top of the panel. I sprinkled it with White Embossing Powder and set it with the Heat Tool.

Stampin' Up! Under The Moon So Sincere 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

I adhered the Thoughtful Journey DSP card front to a Petunia Pop mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to a Misty Moonlight card base using Stampin Dimensionals. I added a few Online Exclusive, Adhesive-Backed Dragonflies and Birds to the card front.

In response to changing policies at Stampin’ Up – I’m adjusting my Ordering Gift policy as well.  I’m having to get a little more tough on the adding of Host codes when you place your order thru my Online Store.

Not to worry – you’re still going to get that $10 ordering gift for orders of $50 (before shipping & tax) or greater.  And the gift is still any 1 SU! product up to that $10 value – which includes some of our fun Host Sets!

But – if you DO NOT use the Host code for your orders of less than $150 (this is the RETAIL total before Shipping & Handling), then you’ll have two options:

  1. You’ll need to call Stampin’ Up! (1-800-Stamp-Up) and ask them to add it for you. They’re very helpful and will get it done quickly!  OR….
  2. If your order was over the $50 threshold but under $150, then…you’ll forfeit that $10 ordering gift and rewards – this is the Bummer Option – and I REALLY don’t want to do this, SO please remember to add my Current Host Code.

Stampin’ Up! Poised Peony Fun Fold

Good Tuesday morning stamping friends. How is everyone doing today? We have started our heat wave here in NJ. It’s in the 90’s all week and I think I saw that one day we’re supposed to hit triple digits. I had one outside graduation yesterday and I have another one tonight.

Today’s card we made last Tuesday night at our Stamping Studio for our mystery stamping. We all made the same design, but they all looked different since we used different DSP and stamp sets. It’s so much fun to make and a lot easier that is looks. Here’s my card for today.

Stampin' Up! Poised Peony Fun Fold 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! poised Peony Cling Stamp Set along with the Frames & Flowers Specialty Designer Series Paper, Stampin’ Up! Simply Said Photopolymer Stamp Set, Online Exclusive Deckled Circles Dies and Fun Patterns Embossing Folder, for my card today.

Stampin' Up! Poised Peony Fun Fold 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by scoring a Pretty Peacock card base in the center. I adhered a panel of Basic White to the card base using Stampin’ Seal. I scored the Basic White panel in the center using my Paper Trimmer. I stamped the sentiment from the Poised Peony stamp set in Lost Lagoon Ink on the top corner of the panel. I scored a panel of Petal Pink on the 2 sides and in the center. I folded the sides back and adhered a panel of Frames & Flowers DSP using Stampin’ Seal. I scored the DSP in the center using the Paper Trimmer. I adhered the layered Petal Pink panel to the center of the Basic White panel lining up the score lines, using Tear & Tape on the ends.

Stampin' Up! Poised Peony Fun Fold 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

I cut a panel of Lost Lagoon using the 4th smallest die from the Deckled Circles Dies. I embossed the circle using the Fun Patterns EF. I scored the 1″ X 2″ panel in half at 1/2″. I cut the panel in half at 1″ so I had 2 1″ X 1″ scored at 1/2″. I folded them in half and adhered them to the back of the die cut circle and the layered Petal Pink panel using Tear & Tape. On a panel of Basic White, I stamped the medium peony flower from the Poised Peony stamp set in Gray Granite Ink. I colored the image using Lost Lagoon and Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends Markers. I fussy cut the image using Paper Snips. I adhered the flower to the die cut circle using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I tied a bow using the 1/4″ Petal Pink Diagonal Trim and adhered it to the bottom of the flower using a Glue Dot.

Stampin' Up! Poised Peony Fun Fold 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

For the band, I scored both ends at 1/2″. I adhered a panel of Frames & Flowers DSP to the band using Stampin’ Seal. Using my Bone Folder I gave it a little curl on the back of the layered panel. I adhered the band to the bottom of the card base using Tear & Tape on the ends. I added a few Brushed Brass Butterflies to the card front.

Stampin' Up! Poised Peony Fun Fold 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the back I stamped the large peony flower on a panel of Basic White in Gray Granite Ink. I colored the image using Lost Lagoon and Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Lost Lagoon mat then to the back of the Pretty Peacock card base. On another panel of Basic White, I stamped the sentiment from the Simply Said stamp set in Lost Lagoon Ink. I stamped the smallest flower from the Poised Peony stamp set in Gray Granite Ink on the bottom of the panel. I colored the image using Lost Lagoon and Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the Basic White to a Lost Lagoon mat then to the back of the Pretty Peacock card base.

Stampin' Up! Poised Peony Fun Fold 6 creativestampingdesigns.com

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium envelope. I stamped the medium peony flower from the Poised Peony stamp set on the envelope front in Gray Granite Ink. I colored the image using Lost Lagoon and Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered a panel of Frames & Flowers DSP to the envelope flap.
