Stampin’ Up! Christmas Classics for The Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Thursday morning my stamping friends welcome to our Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. If you are starting with me, thank you, I hope you will stop by everyone’s blog to see what they have created this week. If you are hopping over from Karen’s blog, thank you for stopping by. This week we have Sketch Challenge and I decided to make a traditional color Christmas card. If you’d like to see a quick video on how I made this card, Click Here to go to my Instagram Reels. Here is my card using this week’s sketch.

Stampin' Up! Christmas Classics Holly 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Christmas Classics Bundle along with the Joyful Specialty Designer Series Paper and Stylish Shapes Dies for my card today.

This is our sketch for this week.

Stampin' Up! Christmas Classics Holly 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by adhering a panel of Joyful DSP to a Shaded Spruce mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to a Cherry Cobbler card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin' Up! Christmas Classics Holly 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

On a panel of Basic White, I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Christmas Classics Photopolymer Stamp Set in Versamark Ink. I immediately sprinkled it with Gold Embossing Powder and set it using the Heat Tool. I cut the sentiment out using the Stylish Shapes Dies. I adhered the sentiment to a Shaded Spruce mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Stampin' Up! Christmas Classics Holly 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

Using the Christmas Classics Dies, I cut 4 of the holly leaf dies from a panel of Shaded Spruce, 2 or the sprigs from a panel of Gold Foil Sheet, 2 sets of berries from a panel of Cherry Cobbler and 4 sets of the veins of the holly leaves from a panel of Old Olive. I adhered the Old Olive holy veins to the holly leaves securing it on the back with Tear N’ Tape. I adhered 2 of the holly leaves using Glue Dots and the other 2 with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the Gold Foil sprigs between the holly leaves using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the berries to the center of the holly leaves using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I added a few Festive Pearls to the sentiment .

Stampin' Up! Christmas Classics Holly 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the inside, I stamped the sentiments from the Christmas Classics stamp set in Cherry Cobbler Ink on a panel of Basic White. I adhered 2 strips of the Joyful DSP to the sides of the panel. I stamped the holly image from the Christmas Classics stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the top of the panel. I colored the image using Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the other set of berries to the holy using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Shaded Spruce mat then to the inside of the Cherry Cobbler card base.

To complete my card, I decorated a Basic Whtie Medium Envelope. I stamped the holly leaf image from the Christmas Classics stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front. I colored the images using Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered a panel of Joyful DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin’ Up! Rustic Crate for The Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Thursday morning my stamping friends welcome to our Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. If you are starting with me, thank you, I hope you will stop by everyone’s blog to see what they have created this week. If you are hopping over from Akiko’s blog, thank you for stopping by. This week we have Theme Challenge. If you’d like to see a quick video on how I made this card, Click Here to go to my Instagram Reels. Here is my card using this week’s theme.

Stampin' Up! Rustic Crate Hello 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Rustic Crate Bundle along with the Stampin’ Up! So Sincere Cling Stamp Set, All About Autumn 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper and Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder for my card today.

This is our theme for this week.

Stampin' Up! Rustic Crate Hello 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by embossing a Pretty Peacock card front using the Distressed Tile EF. I adhered the card front to a Gray Granite card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I cut 3 panels of All About Autumn DSP on an angle and adhered them to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Stampin' Up! Rustic Crate Hello 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

On a panel of Very Vanilla, I stamped the pumpkin/sunflower image from the Stampin’ Up! Rustic Crate Photopolymer Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the image using Calypso Coral, Copper Clay, Crumb Cake, Lemon Lolly, Moody Mauve, Pecan Pie and Pretty Peacock Stampin’ Blends Markers. I cut the image out using the Rustic Crate Dies. I adhered the image to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I tied a double bow using Linen Thread and adhered it to the card front using a Glue Dot.

Stampin' Up! Rustic Crate Hello 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

From a panel of Moody Mauve, I cut the sentiment using the Rustic Crate Dies and adhered it to the card front. I added a few 2023-2025 In-Color Dots to the card front.

Stampin' Up! Rustic Crate Hello 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the So Sincere stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a panel of Very Vanilla. I adhered a strip of All About Autumn DSP to the side of the panel. I adhered the Very Vanilla panel to a Pretty Peacock mat then to the inside of the Gray Granite card base.

Stampin' Up! Rustic Crate Hello 6 creativestampingdesigns.com

To complete my card, I decorated a Very Vanilla Medium Envelope. I stamped the pumpkin/sunflower image from the Rustic Crate stamp set in tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope flap and colored it the same as I did for the card. I adhered a panel of All About Autumn DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin' Up! Rustic Crate Hello 7 creativestampingdesigns.com

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Now that you’ve seen my card, take a minute to hop through and see everyone’s projects today. Use this host code when placing an order with me. When you order $50 or greater you will receive a free gift from me! If your order is over $150, please do not use this code, but you’ll still get the free gift. The free gift is your choice of any 1 item valued up to $10.00 from the 2023-2024 Annual Catalog!  Unfortunately, packs of cardstock are no longer an option for a free gift. Shipping has become too expensive to ship and it’s costing me as much to ship as the cardstock costs. For any orders $50 or more I will also send you my monthly class tutorials.  Click HERE or go to my Customer Rewards for more details and to see what this month’s tutorials are.

Please remember to use my current Host Code and make sure that you can see my name on the final checkout page listed as your Demonstrator when you order so that you know that you’re ordering with me, and you’ll get my rewards!

Happy Stamping, Karen

*********************************************************************************************************

In response to changing policies at Stampin’ Up – I’m adjusting my Ordering Gift policy as well.  I’m having to get a little more tough on the adding of Host codes when you place your order thru my Online Store.

Not to worry – you’re still going to get that $10 ordering gift for orders of $50 (before shipping & tax) or greater.  And the gift is still any 1 SU! product up to that $10 value – which includes some of our fun Host Sets!

But – if you DO NOT use the Host code for your orders of less than $150 (this is the RETAIL total before Shipping & Handling), then you’ll have two options:

  1. You’ll need to call Stampin’ Up! (1-800-Stamp-Up) and ask them to add it for you. They’re very helpful and will get it done quickly!  OR….
  2. If your order was over the $50 threshold but under $150, then…you’ll forfeit that $10 ordering gift and rewards – this is the Bummer Option – and I REALLY don’t want to do this, SO please remember to add my Current Host Code.

Stampin’ Up! Beary Cute for The Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

This week we have sketch Challenge. Here is my card using this week’s sketch.

Stampin' Up! Beary Cute 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Beary Cute Photopolymer Stamp Set along with the Beary Christmas Designer Series Paper and Deckled Circles Dies for my card today

This is our sketch for this week.

Stampin' Up! Beary Cute 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by wrapping a piece of White Baker’s Twine from the Baker’s Twine Essential Pack around the Beary Christmas DSP card front twice and tied a bow. I adhered the card front to a Misty Moonlight card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Stampin' Up! Beary Cute 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

Using the Deckled Circles Dies, I cut out 2 circles from panels of Beary Christmas DSP and one from a panel of Misty Moonlight. On a small panel of Basic White, I stamped the sitting bear image from the Beary Cute stamp set in Smoky Skate Ink. I stamped the scarf image from the Beary Cute stamp set on the bear in Flirty Flamingo Ink. I colored the stripes using the Misty Moonlight Stampin’ Write Marker. I fussy cut the image using Paper Snips. I adhered the largest circle to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue just under the twine. I adhered the bear to the large circle using Stampin’ Dimensionals.. I adhered the other medium DSP circle to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Stampin' Up! Beary Cute 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the smallest circle die, I stamped the sentiment from the Beary Cute stamp set in Versamark Ink. I sprinkled it with White Embossing Powder and set it using the Heat Tool. I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Adhesive-Backed Glitter Sequins to the card front.

Stampin' Up! Beary Cute 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Beary Cute stamp set in Misty Moonlight Ink on a panel of Basic White. I stamped the larger and small bear images from the Beary Cute stamp set on the bottom of the panel in Smoky Slate Ink. I adhered a strip of Beary Christmas DSP to the side of the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Misty Moonlight mat then to the inside of the Misty Moonlight card base.

Stampin' Up! Beary Cute 6 creativestampingdesigns.com

To complete my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the large and small bear images from the Beary Cute stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink on the envelope front. I stamped the scarf & hat images from the Beary Cute stamp set in Flirty Flamingo Ink on the larger bear. I colored the stripes using the Misty Moonlight Stampin’ Write Marker. I adhered a panel of Beary Christmas DSP to the envelope flap.

I stamped the sentiment from the Layering Leaves stamp set in Pretty Peacock Ink on a panel of Basic White.

Stampin' Up! Layering Leaves 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

I cut the sentiment out using the Deckled Circles Dies. I stamped the splatter image from the Layering Leaves stamp set in Wild Wheat Ink on the circle. I cut all the leaves and flowers out using the Bough Punch. You may have to cut the cardstock to get them in the punch properly. I adhered the leaves and flowers to the circle using Stampin’ Dimensionals and Multipurpose Liquid Glue. trim off any excess with Paper Snips. I adhered the circle to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I tied a small bow using the Calypso Coral 3/16″ Braided Linen Trim and adhered it to the bottom of the circle using a Glue Dot. I added a few Ombre Matte Decorative Dots to the card front.

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Layering Leaves stamp set in Prety Peacock Ink on a panel of Basic White. I stamped the outline leaf image from the Layering Leaves stamp set in Mossy Meadow Ink on the bottom of the panel. I stamped the solid leaf image from the Layering Leaves stamp set in Mossy Meadow Ink, stamping off once on scrap paper, over the outlined image. I stamped the flower image from the Layering Leaves stamp set in Poppy Parade Ink. I randomly stamped the splatter image from the Layering Leaves stamp set in Wild Wheat Ink on the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Wild Wheat mat then to the inside of the Pretty Peacock card base.

To complete my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the leaves and flowers from the Layering Leaves stamp set on the envelope front the same as I did for the card. I adhered a panel of Garden Walk DSP to the envelope flap.

Stampin' Up! Brightest Glow Traditions of St. Nick 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Brightest Glow Cling Stamp Set along with the Handcrafted Elements Dies, Distressed Gold Specialty Paper and the NEW Online Exclusive Traditions of St. Nick Designer Series Paper for my card today. Would you like to see a quick video on how I made this card? Click Here for my Instagram reels.

This is our sketch for this week

Stampin' Up! Brightest Glow Traditions of St. Nick 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by adhering a Traditions of St. Nick DSP card front to a Distressed Gold mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to a Cherry Cobbler card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin’ Up! Seasonal Branches for The Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Here is my card using this week’s theme.

Stampin' Up! Seasonal Branches Thanks 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Seasonal Branches Bundle along with the Fresh As A Daisy Designer Series Paper for my card today. Would you like to see a quick video on how I made this card? Click Here to go to my Instagram reels.

Here is our theme for this week.

Stampin' Up! Seasonal Branches Thanks 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by stamping the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Seasonal Branches Photopolymer Stamp Set on the top of a Fresh As A Daisy card front in Tuxedo Black Ink. I adhered the card front to a Pecan Pie mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to an Azure Afternoon card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin' Up! Seasonal Branches Thanks 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

On a panel of Basic White, I stamped 2 of the leaves, the bird and 5 of the apple images from the Seasonal Branches stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the images using Copper Clay, Daffodil Delight, Pebbled Path, Pumpkin Pie and Real Red Stampin’ Blends Markers. I cut all the images out using the Seasonal Branches Dies. I cut apart 1 of the leaves die cut using Paper Snips. I cut the branch dies from a panel of Pecan Pie using the Seasonal Branches Dies.

Stampin' Up! Seasonal Branches Thanks 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

I adhered the branches on the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the leaves on the tree using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the leaves on the ground and some of the apples using Multipurpose Liquid Glue and the other apples and bird with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added an Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Gem to the card front.

Stampin' Up! Seasonal Branches Thanks 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from Seasonal Branches stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I stamped the branch image from Seasonal Branches stamp set in Pecan Pie Ink. I stamped the leaves from Seasonal Branches stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored the image using Daffodil Delight and Pumpkin Pie Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Pecan Pie mat then to the inside of the Azure Afternoon card base.

Stampin' Up! Seasonal Branches Thanks 6 creativestampingdesigns.com

To complete my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the leaves, apples and bird images from the Seasonal Branches stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front. I colored the images with Copper Clay, Daffodil Delight, Pebbled Path, Pumpkin Pie and Real Red Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered a panel of Fresh As A Daisy DSP to the envelope flap.

If you need any stamping supplies, I’d love to be your Demonstrator. Just click HERE to go directly to my online store or drop me an email if you have any questions.

MY CURRENT HOST CODE IS:   P6UQN4GZ

Fruitful Blessings for The Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

This week we have Sketch Challenge. Here is my card using this week’s sketch.

Stampin' Up! Fruitful Blessings Fun Fold 1 creativestampingdesigns.com

I used the Stampin’ Up! Fruitful Blessings Cling Stamp Set along with the Online Exclusive One Horse Open Sleigh 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper for my card today. Would you like to see a quick video of how I made this card? You can view it Here on my Instagram reels.

This is our sketch for this week. I decided to make a fun fold card with it.

Stampin' Up! Fruitful Blessings Fun Fold 2 creativestampingdesigns.com

I started by adhering a panel of One Horse Open Sleigh DSP to a Basic Gray mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to the right side of the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin' Up! Fruitful Blessings Fun Fold 3 creativestampingdesigns.com

I stamped the top of the acorn/leaf image from the Fruitful Blessings stamp set on a panel of One Horse Open Sleigh DSP in Basic Gray Ink. I adhered the stamped panel to a Basic Gray mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to the left side of the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue

Stampin' Up! Fruitful Blessings Fun Fold 4 creativestampingdesigns.com

On a panel of Basic White, I stamped the sentiment from the Fruitful Blessings stamp set in basic Gray Ink. I stamped the acorn image from the Fruitful Blessings stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on either side of the sentiment. I colored the images in using Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends Markers. I tied a double bow using Basic White Baker’s Twine and adhered it to the card front using a Glue Dot. I adhered the sentiment over the bow using Stampin’ Dimensionals, making sure to only put the dimensionals on the right side of the card front. I added a few Basic Gray Classic Matte Dots to the card front.

Stampin' Up! Fruitful Blessings Fun Fold 5 creativestampingdesigns.com

Sales Tax Holiday Going On!!!

Thirteen states are having Back-to-School Sales Tax Holidays this year and some Stampin’ Up! items qualify for the tax break in those states!

The last state New Jersey going on August 26th – September 4th. If you live in NJ, take a second to download the spreadsheet Click Here and mark your calendar!

Please note that you must place your order with Stampin’ Up! during the tax holiday period in your state in order to receive these items tax-free (which is midnight on the first day to midnight on the last day of the tax holiday).  Also, keep in mind that this is a state sales tax holiday; the state statute may not apply to county, city, and special jurisdiction taxes.

For those wondering about Georgia, Louisiana, Virginia, and Wisconsin, those states have suspended the sales tax holiday again this year.
