Good Wednesday morning stamping friends. I can’t believe it’s April 30th already. Where did the month go? It’s just about time for me to start planting my herbs, tomatoes and pepper plants. You can’t plant things too soon here in NJ with the weather all over the place.

I used an Online Exclusive product for today’s card, along with a new set that will be available in just under a week on May 6th. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Motifs Photopolymer Stamp Set along with the Stampin’ Up! Online Exclusive Elements of Text Cling Stamp Set and Textured Florals Dies (last chance list) for my card today.

Using a Blending Brush, add Night of Navy Ink on a Basic White card front. Using a small paint brush and water, splatter water on the ink to give some watermark splatters. Let dry completely.

Once card front is completely dry, stamp the script image from Elements of Text stamp set in Versamark Ink. Sprinkle the image with White Embossing Powder and set it using the Heat Tool. Adhere the Basic White panel to a Highland Heather mat using Stampin’ Seal. Adhere the layered panel to the Night of Navy card base using Stampin’ Seal.

Using the Textured Floral Dies, cut a panel of Basic White, Highland Heather and Old Olive using the 3 different dies. Adhere the die cuts to the side of the text image using Stampin’ Dimensionals and Glue Dots. Stamp the sentiment from Beautiful Motifs stamp set in Night of Navy Ink on a strip of Basic White. Adhere the sentiment to the card front over the stems, using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Splatter Clear Wink of Stella all around the card front by tapping it on your finger or the lid. Add a few Iridescent Faceted Gems to the card front.

Stamp the sentiment from Beautiful Motifs stamp set in Night of Navy Ink on a panel of Basic White. Stamp the swish image from Beautiful Motifs in Night of Navy Ink, stamping off 3 times on scrap paper, over the sentiment. Adhere the Basic White panel to a Highland Heather mat then to the inside of the Night of Navy card base.

Decorate a Basic White Medium Envelope to finish your card. Stamp the swish image from Beautiful Motifs stamp set in Night of Navy Ink, stamping off 3 times on scrap paper, on the envelope front. Stamp the sentiment from Beautiful Motifs stamp set in Night of Navy Ink over the swish image. Adhere a panel of Neutrals 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper to the envelope flap.

Designer Series Paper Online Zoom Class

Tara Carpenter and I are super excited about offering you this Free Online Zoom Class

Do you struggle with different ways to use all your Designer Series Paper? Tara and I are teaming up for a Zoom class to show you 6 different cards using just Designer Series Paper and a Sentiment. Of course, we’ll add embellishments and maybe ribbon or twine, but this class will primarily be using DSP. We have picked a pack of DSP with all the new 2025-2027 In-Colors and that’s what we will be focusing on. You can see the DSP starting on page 40 of the 2025-2026 Annual Catalog. The class will be held on Sunday May 18th from 1pm-5pm ET. The best part is you can earn this class absolutely FREE. You will cut all the cardstock and DSP of your choice prior to the class so you are ready to go. We will NOT be cutting up cardstock or DSP the day of the event. You will choose the color cardstock and your favorite DSP to use from what you purchase. Please remember to order early so that you receive it on time to prep for the class.
