Stampin’ Up Rooted In Nature Triple Stamp Card for The Paper Players Color Challenge

Good Thursday morning everyone.  We are almost to the weekend again.  Anyone making some fun plans?

For todays card I made a Triple Stamp Card and my card was inspired by The Paper Players challenge.  Be sure to stop by their blog to see what beautiful projects everyone has made and to play along. It’s a color challenge week and here are the colors.

Here is my take on the colors.

I started with 3 pieces of Very Vanilla cardstock, (measurements below).  I layered them evenly and stamped the sentiment from Stampin’ Up Painted Harvest Stamp Set in Mossy Meadow Ink in the center.  I then stamped the large and small leaves from the Stampin’ Up Rooted In Nature Stamp Set in Cajun Craze Ink, stamping off once, and Crushed Curry Ink all around the sentiment.

I took the layers apart and adhered them to Mossy Meadow mats using Snail.  I layered them all on top of each other, making sure to line up the leaves, using Snail.  I adhered the card front to a Mossy Meadow card base using Snail.

I cut out one small and one large leaf using my Big Shot in Cajun Craze cardstock and Crushed Curry cardstock from the Nature’s Roots Framelits Dies.  I adhered the leaves using Stampin’ Dimensionals to the left of the sentiment.  I attached a small bow made from the Mossy Meadow Cotton Twine from the Festive Farmhouse Cotton Twine Collection with a Glue Dot.

On the inside on a panel of Very Vanilla cardstock I stamped the leaves from the Rooted In Nature stamp set in Cajun Craze Ink and Crushed Curry Ink all around the edges.  I stamped the sentiment from Painted Harvest stamp set in Mossy Meadow in the center.  I adhered the Very Vanilla panel to a Cajun Craze mat using Snail.  I adhered it to the Mossy Meadow card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card, I stamped the leaves from Rooted In Nature stamp set in Cajun Craze Ink and Crushed Curry Ink along the bottom front and the envelope flap of a Medium Very Vanilla Envelope.  Hope you enjoyed my card today and will give it a try.  Thank you for stopping by my blog.  Happy Stamping.

Stampin’ Up Snow Is Glistening Christmas Card Sneak Peek

Good Wednesday morning everyone.  Hope you’re all having a terrific week.

I have a sneak peek for you today from a set that will be available to customers starting November 1st.  This set will only be available until November 30th or until supplies last.  If you like it, I’d get it as soon as it becomes available.  It’s a Photopolymer stamp set called Snow Is Glistening and this was a quick and easy card today. Take a look.

I started with a panel of Balmy Blue cardstock and stamped the blizzard snow image, From the Snow Is Glistening Photopolymer Stamp Set, along the top in Versamark Ink using my Stamparatus.  I sprinkled it with my White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat set it with my Heat Tool.  I then stamped the snow image below, again using my Stamparatus, with Versamark Ink.  Sprinkled more White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat set it with my Heat Tool.

I adhered the Balmy Blue panel to a Silver Foil mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I adhered this to a Blueberry Bushel card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I cut the largest snowflake from the Snowfall Thinlits Dies, (available November 1st), using my Big Shot  I adhered the snowflake to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a small piece of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Snow Is Glistening Photopolymer Stamp Set in Versamark Ink.  I sprinkled it with my Silver Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat set it using my Heat Tool.  I cut the sentiment into a banner and adhered it to the center of the snowflake using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside I stamped the medium and large snowflake image from Snow Is Glistening Photppolymer Stamp Set in Balmy Blue Ink, stamping off once, on a Whisper White cardstock panel. I stamped the sentiment in the center using Blueberry Bushel Ink.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Balmy Blue mat using Snail.  I adhered this to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card, I stamped the snowflake image from the Snow Is Glistening stamp set in Balmy Blue Ink on the front bottom left corner and the flap of a Medium Whisper White Envelope. This was really a super quick card and I hope you will give it a try.  Thank you for stopping by my blog today. Happy Stamping.

Stampin’ Up Postcard Pals Alpine Adventure Holiday Card

Good Tuesday morning everyone.  Hope your week has started out  well.  I can’t believe we’re halfway through October already.  Sometimes time just flies.

For today’s card I used the adorable Stampin’ Up Postcard Pals Stamp Set and made a cute Christmas card.  I absolutely love this little otter image.  Take a look.

I started with a panel of Whisper White cardstock and stamped the sentiment from the  Stampin’ Up Alpine Adventures Stamp Set in Versamark Ink.  I sprinkled it with Call Me Clover Stampin’ Emboss Powder from the 2018-2020 In-Color Stampin’ Emboss Powder  set and heat set it with my Heat Tool.  I adhered a piece of 2018-2020 In-Color Designer Series Paper to the top half of the Whisper White panel using Snail.

I wrapped a piece of  1/4″ Copper Trim around the center of the panel and made a small bow with the same Copper Trim and attached it by the sentiment using a Glue Dot.

I stamped the Otter image from the Postcard Pals Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on a small piece of Whisper White cardstock.  I colored it in using my Bronze, Call Me Clover, Crumb Cake, Real Red, Smoky Slate and Soft Suede Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I cut the image out using my Big Shot and the largest Oval from the Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies.  I stamped the Gift Box image from the Alpine Adventure Stamp Set in Real Red Ink on a scrap piece of Whisper White cardstock and colored the bow in with my Call Me Clover Stampin’ Blend Marker and fussy cut it. I adhered the Gift Box, using a Stampin’ Dimensional, on the artwork.  I cut the largest Scalloped Oval from the Layering Ovals Framelits Dies in Real Red cardstock using my Big Shot and adhered the artwork to the scallop oval using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I then adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered the card front to a Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On the inside, on a panel of Whisper White cardstock, I stamped the snowflakes from the Alpine Adventure stamp set in Real Red Ink, stamping off once, in all 4 corners.  I stamped the sentiment from Alpine Adventure stamp set in Real Red Ink in the center of the panel.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Call Me Clover mat using Snail then adhered it to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I stamped just the Otter from the Postcard Pals stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on the bottom left corner of a Medium Whisper White Envelope and colored it in the same way as I did on the card.  I adhered a piece of 2018-2020 In-Color DSP to the envelope flap.  Hope you enjoyed my card today and will give it a try.  Thank you for stopping by my blog. Happy Stamping.

Stampin’ Up Hand Delivered Birthday Card For Fab Friday

Good Monday morning everyone.  Hope you all had a wonderful weekend and did something fun.

For today’s card I used the Stampin’ Up Host exclusive stamp set Hand Delivered and  I played along with the Fab Friday Color Challenge.

Here are the colors for Fab Friday 148.  Stop by the challenge blog to what everyone has made and to play along.

Here is what I came up with using these colors.

I started with a piece of Pumpkin Pie cardstock and ran it through my Big Shot using the Subtle Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.  I adhered a piece of Basic Black cardstock on an angle using Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the Pumpkin Pie  cardstock.

On a piece of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the image from the Hand Delivered stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink. I stamped the stripes in the skirt in Gorgeous Grape Ink.  I colored the image in using my Basic Black, Ivory and Pumpkin Pie Stampin’ Blends Markers.

Using the Banners For You stamp set, I stamped the banner in Gorgeous Grape Ink.  I stamped the Happy Birthday from the Hand Delivered stamp set in Versamark Ink.  I sprinkled it with my Black Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat set it with my Heat Tool. I cut the banner out using the coordinating Bunch Of Banners Framelits Dies with my Big Shot.  I adhered the banner using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered the artwork using Multipurpose Liquid Glue on top of the Basic Black cardstock panel.  I colored 4 Basic Jewels Pearls with my Pumpkin Pie Stampin’ Blend Marker and added them to the card front.  I adhered the card front to a Gorgeous Grape card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Hand Delivered stamp set in Gorgeous Grape Ink on a panel of Whisper White cardstock.  I stamped the flower image from the Hand Delivered stamp set in the 4 corners in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink and colored them in using my Gorgeous Grape, Pear Pizzazz and Pumpkin Pie Stampin’ Write Markers.  Using Snail I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Pumpkin Pie cardstock mat and then to the Gorgeous Grape card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card off I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope by stamping just the balloons from the Hand Delivered stamp set in the bottom left corner of the envelope.  I colored them in using my Pumpkin Pie Stampin’ Blends Markers and my Gorgeous Grape Stampin’ Write Marker.  Hope you liked today’s card and will give it a try.  Thanks for stopping by my blog today.  Happy Stamping.

Good Friday morning everyone.  I hope you have some fun plans for the weekend.  Maybe apple picking, pumpkin picking or a haunted hay ride.  Whatever you plan on doing enjoy.

May card for today uses the Stampin’ Up Christmas Pines Stamp Set and the Buffalo Check Stamp.  I made the Buffalo Check into a plaid again, it gives that warm cozy feeling when you look at it.  Take a look.

I started with a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock and stamped the Buffalo Check in Merry Merlot Ink.  I used my Basic Black, Old Olive and Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends Markers to make the plaid.  One of our wonderful team members did a Facebook Live video explaining how to make the plaid.  You can see Mary Deatherage from Stamps-N- Lingers here explaining how to do it.

I adhered the plaid panel to an Old Olive card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I stamped the sentiment from the Christmas Pines Stamp Set in Merry Merlot Ink on a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock.  Using my Big Shot, I cut the sentiment out with the largest Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies Oval.  Also using my Big Shot I cut out some pine boughs in Old Olive cardstock and some of the decorative pieces in a Champagne Foil Sheet and Silver Glimmer Paper from the Pretty Pines Thinlits Dies.  I arranged the pieces on the card front, how I thought it would look nice, using Multipurpose Liquid Glue

I adhered the Stitched oval with the sentiment over the pine boughs using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I cut 3 pine cones from the Pretty Pines Thinlits Dies in Soft Suede cardstock and the bow from the same dies in Merry Merlot cardstock.  I adhered the pine cones using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered the bow on top of the pine cones with a Glue Dot.  In the center of the bow I added 1 Clear Rhinestone Basic Jewel.

On the inside Very Vanilla panel I stamped the snowflake image from the Christmas Pines stamp set multiple times, using Smoky Slate Ink stamping off once, to cover the panel.  I stamped the sentiment from the Christmas Pines stamp set in Merry Merlot Ink in the center.  I adhered the Very Vanilla panel to a Merry Merlot mat using Snail.  I adhered the matted panel to the inside of the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Stampin’ Up Bring On The Presents Quick & Easy Card

Good Thursday morning everyone.  Hope your week is going well as we round the corner to the weekend.  Hope you are making some fun plans for the weekend.

Today I’ve made you a quick and easy Holiday card using the Stampin’ Up Bring On The Presents Stamp Set.  Take a look.

I started with a Very Vanilla card base and adhered a piece of Wood Textures Designer Series Paper to it using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I took a small piece of Very Vanilla cardstock and stamped the large bow from Bring On The Presents stamp set in Shaded Spruce.  I also stamped the tag from Bring On The Presents stamp set in Shaded Spruce along with the North Pole Delivery sentiment.  I colored the bow in using my Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Blends Markers.  Using my Big Shot, I cut the bow and tag out with the coordinating All The Presents Thinlits Dies.

Using my Big Shot I cut 2 ribbon strips from All The Presents Thinlits Dies from a small piece of Gold Foil Sheet.  I adhered the gold ribbon strips using Multipurpose Liquid Glue to a panel of Merry Merlot cardstock.

I attached a piece of Gold Metallic Thread to the tag and adhered it where the ribbon strips crossed using a Glue Dot. I attached the bow covering where the ribbon strips crossed using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside I stamped the bow image from Bring On The Presents stamp set in Shaded Spruce Ink, stamping it off twice to get a very light image, on a panel of Very Vanilla cardstock.  I stamped the sentiment from the stamp set in Shaded Spruce Ink over the bow. I adhered the Very Vanilla panel to a Merry Merlot mat using Snail then adhered it to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card off I decorated a Medium Very Vanilla Envelope by stamping the bow image on the front right corner in Shaded Spruce Ink.  I colored it in the same as I did for the card.  I adhered a piece of Wood Textures DSP to the envelope flap.  A nice quick and easy card that you can make in any color combinations you’d like.  Thank you for stopping by my blog and I hope that you will give this card a try.  Happy Stamping!

Stampin’ Up Cable Knit Christmas Pines Holiday Card

Good Wednesday morning everyone.  Hope your week is going well.

I’ve got a pretty Christmas card for you today.  For today’s card I played along with the sketch for Fab Friday 147.  Be sure to stop by the challenge blog to see all the wonderful projects and to play along!

Here’s the card I came up with for the challenge.  Take a look.

I started with a panel of Very Vanilla cardstock and ran it through my Big Shot with the Cable Knit Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.  I adhered a banner made from the Festive Farmhouse Designer Series Paper and my Banner Triple Punch, using Multipurpose Liquid Glue, to the center.

I cut some Pine Boughs in Mossy Meadow cardstock using my Big Shot and the Pretty Pines Thinlits Dies.  I also cut a couple of Gold Foil pieces out from one of the other dies in the set.  I arranged the Pine Boughs and the Gold Foil pieces the way I thought it would look nice and adhered them with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I took a piece of Cherry Cobbler cardstock and dusted it with my Embossing Buddy so that my Emboss Powder would only stick to the stamped image.  In Versamark Ink I stamped the Noel from the Christmas Pines Stamp Set on the Cherry Cobbler cardstock.  I sprinkled it with my Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder, making sure the image is covered, then shook off the excess powder.  Using my Heat Tool, I heated the powder and watched it turn Gold.  Using the largest Oval from the Stitched Shaped Framelits Dies, I cut out the embossed image.  I adhered some Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the oval and weaved some Gold Metallic Thread around so that it came out all around the oval.  It’s very hard to see in the photo since the thread is so fine.  I adhered the oval to the card front with the Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered the card front to a Thick Very Vanilla card base.

On the inside I stamped a Very Vanilla panel with the Pine Boughs from the Christmas Pines stamp set in Mossy Meadow Ink, stamping off once.  Using my Versamark Ink, I stamped the sentiment from the Christmas Pines stamp set in the center and sprinkled it with my Gold Emboss Powder. I heated it with my Heat Tool until it turned gold.  I adhered the Very Vanilla panel to a Cherry Cobbler mag using Snail, then adhered it to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card off I decorated a Medium Very Vanilla Envelope.  I stamped the Pine Boughs from the Christmas Pines stamp set in Mossy Meadow Ink, stamping off once, on the envelope front edges.  I adhered a piece of Festive Farmhouse DSP to the envelope flap.  Thank you for stopping by my blog today, I hope you liked the card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!

Stampin’ Up Love You To Pieces Anniversary Card for Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop

Good Tuesday morning everyone and welcome to another edition of Amy’s Inkin’ Krew team blog hop!  Each month we make projects centered around a theme – and this month we’re doing “Giving Thanks”.  We can interpret this any way we want – so be sure to check and see everyone’s projects – we’ve got a group of talented ladies hopping with us this month!

For my card today I used the Stampin’ Up Love You To Pieces Bundle.  It’s actually a puzzle that I had to put together after cutting it out.  Take a look.

I started with a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock.  I adhered a piece of Tranquil Textures Designer Series Paper to the card base using Snail.

I stamped a piece of Thick Very Vanilla cardstock, using the Stampin’ Up Marbled background stamp, in Fresh Fig Ink stamping it off once.  I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up Love You To Pieces stamp set in the center in Fresh Fig Ink.  Then using the Puzzle Pieces Thinlits Dies, I centered the sentiment with the thinlits die and cut it out using my Big Shot.

Using Multipurpose Liquid Glue I put the puzzle back together on a piece of Pear Pizzazz cardstock.  I attached Stampin’ Dimensionals on the back of the Pear Pizzazz panel and weaved some Rose Metallic Thread around till I liked how it looked.  I then adhered it to the card base.  I added a few Clear Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the artwork.

On a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock I stamped the Puzzle Pieces with the sentiments from the Love You To Pieces stamp set in Fresh Fig Ink.  I stamped the outlined puzzle pieces in the 4 corners with Fresh Fig Ink.  Using Snail I adhered the liner to a Pear Pizzazz cardstock mat.  I adhered it to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I stamped a Medium Very Vanilla Envelope on the bottom front with the outlined puzzle pieces.  I adhered a piece of Tranquil Textures DSP to the envelope flap.  This is such a wonderful stamp set, especially if you like doing puzzles.

Stampin’ Up Animal Outings Baby Card

Good Monday morning everyone and Happy Columbus Day.  Hope you all had a wonderful weekend and are ready for another great week.  If you have off today, hope you have some fun plans and enjoy your day.

A friend asked me to make her a Baby Shower card, so I took a break from my holiday cards to make her one.  I used the Stampin’ Up Animal Outing Stamp Set and the Buffalo Check Stamp which I made into a plaid.  Take a look.

I started with a piece of Whisper White cardstock and stamped it using the Buffalo Check stamp in Petal Pink.  Then I turned it into a plaid by adding Pool Party and Highland Heather lines using my Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I saw this technique done by one of our wonderful team members Mary Deatherage from Stamps-N-Lingers.  You can see hers here.

I stamped the Kangaroo from the Animal Outing stamp set in Soft Suede Ink on a small piece of Whisper White cardstock.  I colored her in using my Crumb Cake, Ivory and Smoky Slate Stampin’  Blends Markers.  I cut her out using the coordinating Animal Friends Thinlits Dies.  I cut  the 2nd largest circle from the Stitched Shaped Framelit Dies out of Whisper White cardstock and sponged the edge with Highland Heather Ink.

I attached the Kangaroo to the circle using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I made a banner from the Twinkle Twinkle Designer Series Paper using my Banner Triple Punch and adhered it to the plaid panel using Snail.  I adhered the plaid panel to a Highland Heather mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I adhered the artwork to the center of the banner using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I then adhered the card front to a Petal Pink card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside panel I stamped the Kangaroo from the Animal Outing stamp set in Soft Suede Ink, stamping it off 3 times to get a very light image, in the center of the Whisper White cardstock.  I stamped the sentiment from the Animal Outing stamp set in Highland Heather Ink over the top of the Kangaroo.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Pool Party mat using Snail and adhered it to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card off I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the Kangaroo on the bottom front left corner and colored her in the same as I did on the card.  I stamped the Buffalo Check on the envelope flap in Petal Pink Ink.  Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you enjoyed my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping.

Stampin’ Up Softly Falling Spirited Snowmen Holiday Card

Good Friday morning everyone.  We made it through another week.  Hope you have some fun plans for the weekend.

For today’s card I used the Stampin’ Up Spirited Snowmen Stamp Set.  I really love these snowmen images, I think they are so cute.  Take a look.

I started with a piece of Night Of Navy cardstock dusted the bottom with my Embossing Buddy then using my Versamark Ink I stamped the sentiment from the Spirited Snowmen stamp set on the bottom.  I sprinkled it with my White Stampin’ Emboss Powder, making sure the image was covered and shaking off the excess, then heated it with my Heat Tool.  I ran the panel through my Big Shot using the Softly Falling Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.

I cut 2 pieces of Twinkle Twinkle Designer Series Paper then using my Banner Triple Punch I made them into banners. I adhered the thinner one using Snail on top of the thicker one.  Using Multipurpose Liquid Glue I adhered them to the card front panel where I thought I’d like them to be.  Using my Paper Snips I cut off the excess.

I stamped the Snowman image on a piece of Whisper White cardstock using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.  I colored it in using my Cherry Cobbler, Crumb Cake, Night of Navy, Pumpkin Pie, Smoky Slate and Soft Sea Foam Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I cut the image out using the 2nd largest square from the Stitched Shaped Framelits Dies with my Big Shot.  I cut a piece of Cherry Cobbler cardstock using the 4th from the largest Layering Squares Framelits Scallop  using my Big Shot.  I adhered the artwork to the scallop mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue and attached it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered the card front to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from Snowflake Sentiments stamp set in Night of Navy Ink on a piece of Whisper White cardstock.  I stamped the snowflakes from the Spirited Snowmen stamp set around the edges.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Cherry Cobbler mat using Snail and adhered it to the inside of the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope by stamping the snowman image on the front left corner and coloring it in the same as I did for the card.  I adhered a piece of Twinkle Twinkle DSP to the envelope flap.  Hope you enjoyed my card today and you will give it a try.  Thank you for stopping by my blog.  Happy Stamping!
