Stampin’ Up! Nothing’s Better Than Coffee

Good Saturday morning my stamping friends. Welcome to the weekend and it’s a snowy one here. Last I heard we are supposed to get up to 12″ of snow today. I’ll be at work at least for part of the day. I walk to work, so I have no excuse of not being able to get the car our because the road isn’t plowed. If it gets as bad as they are saying, they will close the store early, especially if we run out of shovels and salt.

I played with a set from the 2021-2022 Annual Catalog today along with a Sale-a-bration item. I have gotten a lot of use from this set and just love playing with it. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Nothing’s Better Than Photopolymer Stamp Set along with the Simply Marbleous 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper from Sale-a-bration for my card today.

My colors are from Sunday Stamps Color Challenge #275.

My design is from Fusion Challenge Coffee Chalkboard. I got the theme of the photo, I missed the chalkboard part.

I started by adhering a panel of the Simply Marbleous DSP to a Basic Gray mat and then to a Smoky Slate card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I adhered a panel of Smoky Slate cardstock to a Basic Gray mat and then to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. From a panel of Real Red cardstock I cut the sentiments out from the Love You More Than Dies. I adhered the long sentiment to the layered panel. I adhered the ‘coffee’ below the layered panel on the card front. I added 3 of the Basic Black Classic Matte Dots to the layered panel.

I cut the 3rd smallest Layering Circles Die from a panel of Basic White cardstock, stamped the steam image from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink and embossed it using the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder. I stamped the coffee cup from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set in Tuxedo Black ink on the Basic White panel and cut it out using my Love You More Than Dies. I colored the image in using my Flirty Flamingo and Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the coffee cup to the circle using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the circle to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals and a Glue Dot to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the Sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! happy & Heartfelt Cling Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a panel of Basic White cardstock. I adhered a strip of the Simply Marbleous DSP to the bottom of the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Basic Gray mat and then to the inside of the Smoky Slate card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I adhered a strip of the Simply Marbleous DSP to the envelope front and a panel to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Nothing’s Better Than Cocktails

Good Monday morning my stamping friends. How was everyone’s weekend. Did anyone do anything fun or exciting? Looks like we’ll be cooling down a bit her for the next week. Only in the mid to upper 80’s, just in time for me to redo another one of my gardens. I’m planning on digging out a tree tomorrow and prettying up that garden. I bought a few hydrangea bushes a couple months ago and haven’t gotten them in the ground yet. Luckily I’ve kept them very alive and healthy in their pots.

I have a fun card for today using another older set from the 2021-2022 Annual Catalog. My neighbors birthday is next weekend and she loves her cocktails. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Nothing’s Better Than Photopolymer Stamp Set along with a little of the Bloom Where You’re Planted Designer Series Paper for my card today.

My colors are from the Color Throwdown Challenge #651.

I started by stamping the cocktail glass image from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped 2 of the glasses with Bermuda Bay and 2 with Magenta Madness Inks. I stamped the limes in Granny Apple Green Ink. I stamped 2 of the umbrellas in Bermuda Bay Ink, stamped off once, and 2 in Magenta Madness Ink, stamped off once. I cut all the images out using my Love You More Than Dies.

On a panel of Night of Navy cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set in Versamark Ink. I immediately sprinkled it with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder from the Basic Emboss Powder pack. I set it using my Heat Tool. Using my Love You More Than Dies, I cut a Basic White panel and a Rainbow Glimmer paper panel with the cocktails dies.

I adhered a panel of Bloom Where You’re Planted DSP to the bottom of the Night of Navy card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the cocktail glassed on top of the DSP using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I wrapped a piece of Linen Thread around the panel below the glasses but at the top of the DSP panel and tied a knot in the back. I adhered the die cut sentiments to the top of the panel off setting them a bit, using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the card front to a Night of Navy card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few 2020-2022 In-Color Square Gems to the card front.

On the inside I stamped 2 of the sentiments from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set in Night of Navy Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Peaceful Moments Cling Stamp Set in Night of Navy Ink below the other 2. I stamped the cocktail glass image from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the bottom of the panel and stamped the fill images the same as I did for the card front. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Magenta Madness mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Night of Navy card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the cocktail images from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set on the envelope front the same as I did for the card. I adhered a panel of Bloom Where You’re Planted DSP on the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Nothing’s Better Than Coffee

Good Wednesday morning my stamping friends. How is everyone doing today? We’re halfway through the week and on our way to the weekend.

I’m very excited today to be a part of the Design Team for The Card Concepts. I was so honored when they asked me to join their team. The Card Concepts is a 2 week Inspirational Challenge. Here is my card for today.

This challenge is Winter Warmth.

I hope you will take a moment to visit The Card Concept to join us and play along.

I was inspired by the entire photo from the cappuccino, colors and the snowflakes.

I started by adhering a panel of Whisper White cardstock to an Adhesive Sheet and cut multiple snowflakes out using my So Many Snowflakes Dies. I adhered the snowflakes to a 4 1/4″ X 5 1/2″ panel of Whisper White cardstock then cut it down to a 4″ X 5 1/4″ panel.

On thin stirps of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the sentiments from the Stampin’ Up! Nothing’s Better Than Photopolymer Stamp Set in Cinnamon Cider Ink. On another panel of Whisper White cardstock I stamped the coffee cup image from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink 3 times and colored them in using my Cinnamon Cider and Real Red Stampin’ Blends Markers. I cut the images out using my Love You More Than Dies. I cut the ‘coffee’ sentiment out of a panel of Cinnamon Cider cardstock that I had adhered to a Foam Adhesive Sheet using my Love You More Than Dies.

I adhered the thin sentiment strips to Real Red mats using Stampin’ Seal and then to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the ‘coffee’ sentiment to the card front. I adhered the 3 cups of coffee to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the card front to a Cinnamon Cider mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set in Cinnamon Cider Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel. I stamped the coffee cum image from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the bottom of the panel and colored them in using my Cinnamon Cider and Real Red Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered 2 of the smallest snowflakes I cut from the So Many Snowflakes Dies on either side of the sentiment. I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Cinnamon Cider mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Real Red card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope. I stamped the coffee cup image from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set 3 times across the bottom of the envelope front and colored the images in using my Cinnamon Cider and Real Red Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered a panel of the Cinnamon Cider 2020-2022 In-Color Designer Series Paper to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Nothing’s Better Than Warm Hugs

Good Saturday morning my fellow stampers. Hope your weekend is starting off great. I was finally able to sleep in my own bed last night and we are now able to walk on our floors. They came out gorgeous. I can’t wait to put furniture back and pictures back on the walls to make it nice and homey again.

For today’s card I combined a couple stamp sets to make another non-traditional colored Christmas card. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up Nothing’s Better Thank Bundle and the Stampin’ Up! Warm Hugs Photopolymer Stamp Set. My colors are from CAS Colours & Sketches Challenge #397. Here are their colors.

I also played along with Global Design Project #267. Here is their theme.

I started by adhering a panel of Peony Garden Designer Series Paper to a Blackberry Bliss card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I cut a panel of Whisper White cardstock using the Curvy Dies twice. The Curvy Dies are available as part of a bundle with the Stampin’ Up! Quite Curvy Photopolymer Stamp Set. There are no measurements for how I cut the curves, I just cut them the way I liked them.

On each of the cut pieces I stamped the sentiments from the Warm Hugs stamp set in Basic Gray Ink. On a panel of Purple Posy cardstock I stamped the cup image from the Stampin’ Up! Nothing’s Better Than Photopolymer Stamp Set in Blackberry Bliss Ink 6 times. I cut the images out using the Love You More Than Dies. I colored the insides of the cup and saucer using my Blackberry Bliss Stampin’ Blends Markers.

On the top Whisper White panel, I stamped the steam image from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set in Basic Gray Ink. I adhered the cups to the Whisper White panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered both Whisper White panels to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals trying to keep the same amount on the top and bottom.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Warm Hugs stamp set in Basic Gray Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel. I stamped the steam image from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set in Basic Gray Ink 3 times along the bottom of the panel. I adhered 3 more of the cups that I stamped, colored and cut from the Purple Posy cardstock along the bottom of the panel using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Purple Posy mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Blackberry Bliss card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To complete my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope. I stamped the cup image from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set in Blackberry Bliss Ink. I stamped the steam image from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set in Basic Gray Ink above the cups. I colored the cups using my Purple Posy Stampin’ Blends Markers and the insides of the cup and saucer using my Blackberry Bliss Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered a panel of the Peony Garden DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Nothing’s Better Than Cookies

Good Saturday morning my stamping friends.  How is everyone doing today?  I have the whole weekend off, YAY!!!  I needed off tomorrow for our in person (virtually) team meeting, so I thought I’d give myself today off too.  I have an advantage, I’m the one who makes up the monthly schedule at work so if I need a weekend off I get first dibs.

Today’s card is one I did a video tutorial on Facebook live Wednesday.  I’ve also uploaded it to my YouTube channel so you can view it there also.  Here’s my card.

I started by stamping the sentiments from the Stampin’ Up! Nothing’s Better Than Photopolymer Stamp Set in Early Espresso Ink on a Whisper White panel.  I embossed the panel using my Subtle 3D Embossing Folder and adhered it to a Thick Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On a strip of Whisper White cardstock I randomly stamped the outline cookie image from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set in Early Espresso Ink.  I stamped the cookie fill image over the outline image in Crumb Cake Ink, stamping off once.  I randomly stamped the small star image from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set in Real Red Ink around the cookies.  I adhered the artwork to a Crumb Cake mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Using the Love You More Than Dies I cut the word ‘cookies’ out of a panel of Early Espresso cardstock adhered to a Foam Adhesive Sheet.  I adhered it to the card front  between the 2 sentiments.  I added a few Real Red Wonderful Gems to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set in Early Espresso Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the outline cookie image from the Nothing’s Better Than stamps set in Early Espresso Ink on the top and bottom of the panel.  I stamped the cookie fill image in Crumb Cake Ink, stamping off once.  I stamped the star image from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set in Real Red Ink around the cookie images.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Crumb Cake mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Thick Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the outline cookie image from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set in Early Espresso Ink on the envelope front and flap.  I stamped the cookie fill image in Crumb Cake Ink, stamped off once, over the outline image.  I stamped the little star image from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set in Real Red Ink.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card and will give it a try.  The list of supplies is below along with the measurements.  If you’d like to stamp along while watching the video, you can watch it on my Facebook page Here.

You can also view the video on my YouTube channel Here.

To celebrate my victory of getting over doing Facebook Live videos, I’m giving away a pack of Wonderful Gems to everyone who places a $50 or more order on my Online Store until Monday September 14th. Please remember to use my current Host Code G39RYMEX.  Please note, per the Demonstrator rules from Stampin’ Up!, I am only able to ship Stampin’ Up! merchandise to addresses within the United States. Thanks for your understanding.

Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Nothing’s Better Than Coffee

Good Monday morning my fellow stampers.  How was everyone’s weekend?  I worked Saturday, but I had Sunday off.  It was a rainy cool day here.  It was almost like a touch of fall sneaking in.

For today I played around with one of the sets I just love from the new 2020-2021 Annual Catalog.  I’m not really a coffee drinker, but I know a lot of people that are.  Here’s my card for today.

My colors are from Color Throwdown challenge #606.  Here are their colors.

My design is from Crazy 4 Challenges #548.  Here is their sketch.

I started by adhering a panel of In Good Taste Designer Series Paper to a Crumb Cake mat using Stampin’ Seal.  I stamped the sentiments from the Stampin’ Up! Nothing’s Better Than Cling Stamp Set in Crumb Cake Ink on the top of the panel in Crumb Cake Ink.  I cut the ‘coffee’ out of a small panel of Crumb Cake cardstock, which I adhered to a Foam Adhesive Sheet, using my Love You More Than Dies.  I adhered the sentiment between the 2 stamped sentiments.

I stamped 3 coffee cups from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set in Crumb Cake Ink on a panel of Whisper White cardstock.  I colored the images in using my Crumb Cake, Petal Pink and Pool Party Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I cut the images out using my Love You More Than Dies.  I stamped the steam image from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set in Crumb Cake Ink on the bottom of the panel.  I adhered the 1st coffee cup using Glue Dots.  I adhered the other 2 coffee cups using Stampin’ Dimensionals, over lapping them a little.

I adhered the card front to a Crumb Cake card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a few Clear Wonderful Gems to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiments from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set in Crumb Cake Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel.  I stamped 3 coffee cups from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set in Crumb Cake Ink on the bottom of the panel.  I stamped the steam image above the coffee cups in Crumb Cake Ink.  I colored the images in using my Crumb Cake, Petal Pink and Pool Party Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Petal Pink mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Crumb Cake card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To complete my card, I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped 3 of the coffee cups from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set in Crumb Cake Ink on the bottom of the envelope front.  I stamped the steam image from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set above each cup.  I colored the images in using my Crumb Cake, Petal Pink and Pool Party Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I adhered a panel of In Good Taste DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope enjoyed my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Chocolate and Cookies

Good Saturday morning my fellow stampers.  Hope your weekend is starting out well.  We’re suppose to have a hot sticky one here.  Last I heard the real feel for tomorrow is 107, I will be staying in all day except to bring my dog out.

For today’s I made a monochromatic card for you using a fun new set I just received this week.  Here’s my card for you.

My sketch is from Colour and Sketch Challenge #379.  Here is their sketch.

I also played along with Color My Heart Color Dare Challenge #403.  Here is their board.

I started by randomly stamping the chocolate, cookie and star images from the Stampin’ Up! Nothing’s Better Than Photopolymer Stamp Set in Crumb Cake Ink on a Crumb Cake card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set on the bottom of the card front in Early Espresso Ink.  From a panel of Whisper White cardstock I cut the largest circle from the Stitched Shapes Dies.  I stamped the candy image from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set in Early Espresso Ink.  I colored the candy in using my Bronze, Ivory and Soft Suede Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I stamped the 1st cookie image from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set in Soft Suede Ink and the 2nd fill image in Crumb Cake Ink, stamping off once.  I cut the images out using the Love You More Than Dies.   I cut the chocolate sentiment from the Love You More Than Dies out of a panel of Early Espresso cardstock.  I stamped the cookie sentiment from the Love You More Than Dies from a panel of Soft Suede cardstock.  I cut the & sign out of a scrap of Crumb Cake cardstock from the Well Written Dies.

I adhered the sentiments and & sign to the stitched circle using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I stamped the star image from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set randomly in Crumb Cake Ink around the sentiment.  I adhered the circle to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered the chocolate die cut to the top of the circle and the cookie die cut to the bottom using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered the card front to a Crumb Cake card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set in Early Espresso Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the chocolate image from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set in Early Espresso Ink on the bottom of the panel and colored the image in using my Bronze, Ivory and Soft Suede Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I stamped the 1st part of the cookie image from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set in Soft Suede Ink and the fill image in Crumb Cake Ink, stamped off once.  I stamped the star image from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set in Crumb Cake Ink around the images.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Crumb Cake mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Crumb Cake card base using Multipurpose Liquid glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope.  I stamped the chocolate image from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set in Early Espresso Ink on the envelope front and flap.  I colored the images in using my Bronze, Ivory and Soft Suede Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I stamped the 1st part of the cookie image from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set in Soft Suede Ink on the envelope front and flap and stamped the fill image in Crumb Cake Ink, stamping off once.  I stamped the star image from the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set around the images in Crumb Cake Ink.
