Good Monday morning stamping friends and welcome to the middle of July already. I feel like I just said happy July. I’m not sure where time is going lately. How was everyone’s weekend? Did anyone do anything fun? I worked, did some cleaning and attended out team meeting via zoom yesterday.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Online Exclusive Changing Leaves Bundle along with the Stampin’ Up! Autumn Leaves Photopolymer Stamp Set for my card today.

My design is from Freshly Made Sketches #644.

My colors are from The Color Throwdown Challenge #801. I really like these colors together; they give me a cozy feeling.

I adhered a panel of Cajun Craze to the right side of a Crumb Cake panel using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered a panel of Night of Navy next to the Cajun Craze panel using Stampin’ Seal.

I embossed the layered panel using the Changing Leaves Hybrid Embossing Folder. I adhered the embossed panel to a Basic White Thick card base using Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Basic White, I stamped the sentiment from the Autumn Leaves stamp set in Night of Navy Ink. I stamped the largest leaf image from the Stampin’ Up! Changing Leaves Photopolymer Stamp Set in Cajun Craze Ink, stamping off once on scrap paper, next to the sentiment. I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a Night of Navy Opal Round to the sentiment.

On the inside, I stamped the sentiments from the Changing Leaves stamp set in Night of Navy Ink on a panel of Basic White. I stamped the largest leaf image from the Changing Leaves stamp set in Cajun Craze Ink, stamping off 2 times on scrap paper, on the Basic White panel. I stamped the smaller leaf image from the Changing Leaves stamp set in Crumb Cake Ink, stamping off once on scrap paper, on the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Night of Navy mat then to a Cajun Craze mat. I adhered the layered panel to the inside of the Basic White Thick card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the leaf images from the Changing Leaves stamp set in Cajun Craze, Crumb Cake and Night of Navy Inks on the envelope front and flap.

Sales Tax Holiday

Thirteen states and Puerto Rico are having Back-to-School Sales Tax Holidays this year and some Stampin’ Up! items qualify for the tax break in those states!

The states with upcoming tax holidays are:  Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, New Mexico, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia.  So if you live in one of those states or Puerto Rico, take a second to download the spreadsheet below and mark your calendar!
