Stampin’ Up Daisy Lane Quick and Easy Card

Good Wednesday morning my fellow stampers.  We’re halfway through the week and on our way to the weekend.

For today I have a Clean and Simple, Quick and Easy card for you.  This is one of the very few times that I only used one color, not counting white.  I’m trying out some ideas do use for my next class that I’d like to feature the Stampin’ Up Daisy Lane Bundle.  Here’s my card.

I started by coloring a piece of the Silver Metallic-Edged Ribbon using my Seaside Spray Stampin’ Blends Markers.  While that was drying, I stamped a Whisper White card front  with the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up Daisy Lane Cling Stamp Set in Seaside Spray Ink.  I embossed the stamped card front with my Layering Leaves 3D Embossing Folder.  I adhered it to a Seaside Spray mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Once the ribbon was dry, which was pretty quick, I wrapped it around the matted card front and tied a bow.  I adhered it to a Thick Whisper White card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a scrap piece of Whisper White cardstock I stamped 2 of the smaller daisies from the Daisy Lane stamp set in Seaside Spray Ink and punched them out using the Medium Daisy Punch.  I adhered the 2 daisies together using a Glue Dot and then adhered it to the card front using Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a large Seaside Spray 2019-2021 In-Color Faceted Dot to the center of the daisy.

On the inside I stamped another one of the daisy images from the Daisy Lane stamp set in Seaside Spray Ink on the top and bottom corner of a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the sentiment from the Daisy Lane stamp set in the center of the Whisper White panel.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Seaside Spray mat using Snail and then to the inside of the Thick Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I stamped the smaller daisy image from the Daisy Lane stamp set in Seaside Spray Ink on the envelope front.  I stamped the medium daisy from the Daisy Lane stamp set on the envelope flap.

Thank you for visiting my blog today.  I hope you liked my CAS, QAE card and will give it a try.  Happy Stamping!!
