Good Snowy Sunday afternoon stamping friends. I hope you are enjoying your weekend. We woke up to 6″ of snow outside today. I got myself bundled up, brought the pups out and shoveled the back steps and patio making a path to the back door. My husband got to do the driveway and sidewalks. If it stays cold and doesn’t rain, there’s a chance of having a white Christmas this year. I worked all day yesterday and thought I would be coming home to our Christmas tree inside. Unfortunately, my husband went to multiple places around us, and they didn’t have one for us. A lot of 4′ trees (which definitely is NOT tall enough, some that we’ve gone to in the past were sold out and everywhere he went wanted cash. You know he didn’t leave the house with enough cash; those trees were all $75 and up. I believe he’s trying a couple more places today, I’m staying home to get my baking list together.

Today’s card is another card that we made at our quarterly meeting last Sunday afternoon. My team member Nicole Bloxom designed this fun card. I did change mine up a little bit. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Creative Haven Stamp Set along with the Hobby Haven Designer Series Paper and Stylish Shapes Dies for my card today.

Adhere a panel of Hobby Haven DSP to a Coastal Cabana mat. Adhere the layered panel to a Basic Beige card base.

Using the Stylish Shapes Dies, cut the panel of Pecan Pie with the circle die.

Stamp the sentiment from Creative Haven stamp set in Coastal Cabana Ink on the easel from the Hobby Haven DSP die cut pieces. Adhere the die cut pieces to the Pecan Pie circle. Adhere the small collage to the card front.

Stamp the sentiment from the Creative Haven stamp set in Coastal Cabana Ink on the panel of Basic Beige. Stamp the star image from the Creative Haven stamp set in Basic Beige Ink around the sentiment. Adhere the Basic Beige panel to a Coastal Cabana mat then to the inside of the Basic Beige card base.

Decorate a Basic White Medium Envelope to finish your card. Adhere a strip of the Hobby Haven DSP to the front of the envelope and a panel to the envelope flap.
