Good Thursday morning my stamping friends and welcome to our Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. I used the Stampin’ Up! Lovely & Sweet Bundle along with the Stampin’ Up! Layering Leaves Photopolymer Stamp Set and New Country Woods Designer Series Paper (available starting May 1st) for my card today.

Here’s our sketch for this week.

I started by stamping the large leaf/flower image from the Stampin’ Up! Lovely & Sweet Cling Stamp Set twice on a panel of Basic White. I colored the image using Petal Pink, Gray Granite and Soft Sea Foam Stampin’ Blends Markers. I cut the 2 images out using the Lovely & Sweet Dies.

I adhered the images to a Country Woods DSP card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I trimmed the excess off using Paper Snips. I adhered the card front to a Gray Granite card base using Liquid Glue.

On a panel of Basic White, I stamped the sentiment from the Layering Leaves stamp set in Gray Granite Ink. I stamped the splotch image from the Lovely & Sweet stamp set in Petal Pink Ink over the sentiment. I cut the sentiment out using the Lovely & Sweet Dies. I adhered a piece of the new Petal Pink Diagonal Trim from the Petal Pink & White 1/4″ Diagonal Trim Combo Pack (available May 1st) to the card front using a Glue Dot. I adhered the sentiment over the ribbon using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Petal Pink Foiled Gems from the Petal Pink & Pretty Peacock Foiled Gems to the card front.

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Layering Leaves stamp set in Gray Granite Ink on a panel of Basic Whtie. I stamped the leaf image from the Lovely & Sweet stamp set in Gray Granite Ink on the bottom of the panel. I colored the image using Petal Pink, Gray Granite and Soft Sea Foam Stampin’ Blends Markers. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Petal Pink mat then to the inside of the Gray Granite card base.

To complete my card, I decorated a Basic Whtie Medium Envelope. I stamped the leaf image from the Lovely & Sweet stamp set on the envelope front in Gray Granite Ink. I colored the image the same as I did for the card. I adhered a panel of Country Woods DSP to the envelope flap.
