Good Wednesday morning stamping friends. How was everyone’s 4th? I hope you were able to enjoy the day and hopefully end it with a great display of fireworks. It was HOT and humid here in NJ. I made the mistake in the morning and went out to do a little weeding. Between the heat and humidity, I ended up feeling sick for a couple hours. I was able to finish up the last of my craft room. I need to get a couple pictures for the walls still, but I got everything where I think I will like it. I have a class tonight, so I was able to navigate around finding things to get the packets cut up.

Today’s card is the advanced version of yesterday’s, which was the last card we did at the Creativity Now event. I hope after seeing all the cards that have been going around you have this bundle on your want list from the upcoming mini catalog. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Translucent Florals Bundle along with the Stampin’ Up! Timeless Arrangements Photopolymer Stamp Set, Vellum Basics Specialty Designer Series Paper, Striped & Splatters 3D Embossing Folder and Deckled Rectangle Dies for my card today.

I started by embossing a panel of Basic White using the Stripes & Splatters 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered the embossed panel to the Basic White Thick card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a small panel of Basic White, I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Translucent Florals Cling Stamp Set in Lost Lagoon Ink. I cut the sentiment out using the 2nd smallest Deckled Rectangle Dies keeping the sentiment to the right of the panel. I adhered the sentiment to the embossed panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Iridescent Pearls Basic Jewels to the sentiment.

On the leaf panel of Vellum Basics Paper, I colored the backside of the paper using the Dark Pool Party Stampin’ Blends Marker. I cut 2 of the single leaf pieces using the Translucent Florals Dies. On the dot pattern of Vellum Basics Paper, I colored the backside using the Highland Heather Stampin’ Blends Markers. I cut 2 of the small flowers and 2 of the larger flowers using the Translucent Florals Dies. On a small panel of Basic White, I stamped the leaf image from the Translucent Florals stamp set in Lost Lagoon Ink 2 times. I cut the images out using the Translucent Florals Dies. I adhered the flowers together using a Glue Dot. I adhered the leaves to the back of the flowers using Glue Dots. I adhered the flowers to the card front using Glue Dots. I added Classic Matte Dots to the center of the flowers.

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Timeless Arrangements stamp set in Lost Lagoon Ink on a panel of Basic White. I stamped the medium flower image from the Translucent Florals stamp set in Highland heather Ink on the bottom of the panel. I stamped the leaf image from the Translucent Florals stamp set by the flower in Lost Lagoon Ink. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Basic White mat then to the inside of the Basic White Thick card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the medium Flower image from the Translucent Florals stamp set in Highland heather Ink on the envelope front and flap. I stamped the leaf image from the Translucent Florals stamp set in Lost Lagoon Ink around the flowers.
