Good Sunday morning my stamping friends. I hope you are having a great weekend. I will only be working a half day today, so I’ll have the afternoon to do something. A couple of my cashiers needed off so I’m splitting the day with another cashier that worked with me yesterday.

Today’s card is very similar to one that I made on Thursday except I changed the direction, DSP and embellishments. I also used my least favorite color, but for some reason I really like it for fall cards. I never make 2 cards identical, but I will make them similar by changing direction and some of the components a bit. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Beauty of Friendship Photopolymer Stamp Set, the Stampin’ Up! Charming Sentiments Photopolymer Stamp Set and the Butterfly Kisses 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper for my card today.

I started by adhering a panel of Butterfly Kisses DSP to a Soft Suede mat. I adhered the layered panel to a Crushed Curry card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a panel of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the tree trunk image from the Beauty of Friendship stamp set in Soft Suede Ink. I stamped the solid treetop image from the Beauty of Friendship stamp set in Crushed Curry Ink over the branches. I stamped the detailed treetop image from the Beauty of Friendship stamp set in Pumpkin Pie Ink over the Crushed Curry image. I cut the image our using the largest die from the Seasonal Labels Dies. I adhered the die cut image to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Beauty of Friendship stamp set in Soft Suede Ink on the panel of Basic White cardstock. I cut the sentiment out with the smaller die from the Seasonal Labels Dies. Using the same die, I cut a panel of Soft Suede cardstock. I cut the Soft Suede die cut in half and adhered it to the back of the sentiment making a small mat. I adhered the sentiment to the card front using a Stampin’ Dimensionals and Glue Dot. I tied a knot with a piece of the Natural Finish 7/8″ Ribbon and adhered it to the card front using Glue Dots.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Charming Sentiments in Soft Suede Ink on a panel of Basic White cardstock. I stamped the tree trunk image from the Beauty of Friendship stamp set in Soft Suede Ink on the bottom of the panel. I stamped the solid treetop image from the Beauty of Friendship stamp set in Crushed Curry Ink over the branches. I stamped the detailed treetop image in Pumpkin Pie Ink over the Crushed Curry image. I stamped the splotch image in Crushed Curry and Pumpkin Pie Inks below the tree. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Soft Suede mat, then to the inside of the Crushed Curry card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the tree images from the Beauty of Friendship stamp set in Crushed Curry, Pumpkin Pie and Soft Suede Inks on the envelope front. I adhered a panel of Butterfly Kisses DSP to the envelope flap.
