Stampin’ Up! Friendly Hello for The Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Thursday morning my stamping friends! Welcome to our Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. I hope everyone is doing well today. If you are hopping over from Akiko Sudano’s blog, thank you for stopping by my blog. This week we have a Sketch Challenge and it’s my favorite kind!!! I can’t wait to see what everyone has created this week. Be sure to take a moment to hop around to see everyone’s beautiful projects. Here is my card using this week’s Sketch.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Sale-a-bration Friendly Hello Bundle for my card today.

Here is our sketch for this week.

I started by adhering a panel of the Friendly Hello Designer Series Paper to a Fresh Freesia card base.

I cut another panel of the Friendly Hello DSP using the 4th largest rectangle from the Stitched Rectangle Dies. On a panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Friendly Hello Photopolymer Stamp Set in Shaded Spruce Ink. I cut the sentiment out using the 2nd largest long Stitched Rectangle Die. I adhered the sentiment to a Fresh Freesia mat using Stampin’ Seal.

I adhered the Silver Trim from the Simply Elegant Trim to the panel of DSP using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered sentiment over the trim using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the panel to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals and added a few Iridescent Rhinestones Basic Jewels to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Celebrating You Cling Stamp Set in Shaded Spruce Ink on a Basic White panel. I adhered 2 strips of the Friendly Hello DSP to either side of the panel using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Fresh Freesia mat and then to the inside of the Fresh Freesia card base.

To complete my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the small flower from the Friendly Hello stamp set in Shaded Spruce Ink on the bottom front of the envelope. I adhered a panel of the Friendly Hello DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for visiting my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Now that you’ve seen my card, take a minute to hop through all our projects today. 1. I didn’t think I was going to like this stamp set or paper but with what you’ve done with it today and what I did with it, I’ve changed my mind! TFS.
