Good Monday morning my stamping friends. How was everyone’s weekend? Hope you were able to do something fun and had some nice weather to do it.
I have a CAS card for you today. I’ve made a sympathy card for you, unfortunately I need a couple of them after this past weekend. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Harvest Cling Stamp Set along with the Timeworn Type 3E Embossing Folder for my card today.

My colors are from the Color Throwdown Challenge #654.

I started by stamping the cone flower image from the Nature’s Harvest stamp set in Basic Gray Ink on a Crumb Cake card front. I embossed the panel using the Timeworn Type #D Embossing Folder.

I adhered the embossed panel to a Basic White mat using Multipurpose Liquid Glue and then to a Crumb Cake card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a small panel of Basic White cardstock I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Inspired Thoughts Cling Stamp Set in Basic Gray Ink. I cut the sentiment out using my Ornate Frames Dies. I adhered some Linen Thread to the card front using a tiny amount of Stampin’ Seal to hold it. I adhered the sentiment on top of the thread using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Metallic Pearls to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Nature’s Harvest stamp set in Basic Gray Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the cone flower image from the Nature’s Harvest stamp set in Basic Gray Ink on the bottom of the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Crumb Cake mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Crumb Cake card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the cone flower image from the Nature’s Harvest stamp set in Basic Gray Ink on the envelope front. I adhered a panel of Neutrals 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

Your card is so serene. I’m sorry you had need of it but I know it will bring comforting thoughts to the recipient. I had a horrible weekend. I thought I was going to lose my kitty yesterday but today he is back to normal. He wouldn’t eat or drink and he slept for over 12 hours straight. Don’t know what was wrong but I’m glad he’s himself today. If he hadn’t been, I’d be on my way to the vet. I try not to do that because he won’t let me pick him up! Our fur babies are so precious even with their quirks.

Thank you Karen 🙂 I’m sorry to hear about your kitty, but I’m happy he’s doing better. Sometimes they have bad days too and just need to rest and relax.
