Stampin’ Up Alpine Adventures Christmas Card

Good Thursday morning everyone.  We’ve made it around the bend of another week.

For my card today I used the Stampin’ Up Alpine Adventures Bundle.  Take a look.

I started with a Crumb Cake card front and ran it through my Big Shot using my Pinewood Planks Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.  I adhered a small piece of the Neutrals Designer Series Paper on a panel of Early Espresso cardstock using Snail then adhered it to the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I took a small piece of Whisper White cardstock and ran it through my Big Shot using the Softly Falling Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.  I adhered it to a panel of Early Espresso cardstock using Multipurpose Liquid Glue then adhered it to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.   Using my Big Shot again, I cut the sled from the Alpine Sports Thinlits Dies out of Wood Textures 6″ X 6″ Designer Series Paper and adhered it to the Whisper White embossed panel using Glue Dots.  I stamped the Wreath from the Alpine Adventure stamp set in Garden Green Ink on a scrap of Whisper White cardstock.  I stamped the berries on the wreath in Poppy Parade Ink.  I cut the wreath out from the Alpine Sports Thinlits Dies and the bow in Poppy Parade cardstock with my Big Shot.  I attached the bow to the wreath using a Glue Dot and attached the wreath to the sled using a Glue Dot.  I stamped the Let it Snow from the Alpine Adventure stamp set in Early Espresso Ink on a small piece of Crumb Cake cardstock.   I cut out the circle from the Stitched Shaped Framelits Dies using my Big Shot.  I adhered the sentiment to the right of my sled.

I made a double loop bow and attached it to the left side using a Glue Dot.  I added a couple snowflakes cut from the Alpine Sports Thinlits Dies in Shimmery White cardstock to the card front.  I adhered the card front to an Early Espresso card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On the inside Whisper White panel I stamped the sled image from the Alpine Adventure stamp set in Crumb Cake Ink.  I stamped the sentiment from the Christmas Pines stamp set in Early Espresso Ink on top of the sled.  I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Crumb Cake mat using Snail, then adhered it to the Early Espresso card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  I hope you liked my card.  I will be very honest with you, this card was a little more time consuming, but I loved making it with all the layers.  Hope you will give it a try.  Happy Stamping.
