Stampin’ Up Snow Is Glistening Sneak Peek Christmas Card

Good Friday morning all.  The weekend is upon us and hopefully you have some fun plans ahead.

I’m giving you another sneak peek of the up coming Snow Is Glistening stamp set.  Products from the Snowflake Showcase which will be available for a limited time only.  You can purchase them from November 1-30, 2018, but only while supplies last.  There are some beautiful items in this Showcase.

My card today is a clean and simple card and uses one of the stamps from the Snow Is Glistening stamp set.  Take a look.

I started with a panel of Very Vanilla cardstock.  I stamped the tree trunk from the Snow Is Glistening stamp set on the bottom in Soft Suede Ink.  I stamped the tree in Versamark Ink above the trunk.  I sprinkled the tree with Copper Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat set it using my Heat Tool.  I added a bow made from the 1/4″ Copper Trim on top of the tree using a Glue Dot.

I adhered the Very Vanilla panel to a mat of Copper Foil Sheet using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I adhered it to another mat of Shaded Spruce cardstock using Snail and adhered it to a Thick Very Vanilla card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

On the inside I stamped the tree image in Shaded Spruce Ink, stamping off twice to get a very light image, in the center of a Very Vanilla panel. I stamped the sentiment from the Snow Is Glistening stamp set in Shaded Spruce Ink on top of the tree image. I adhered the Very Vanilla panel to a Shaded Spruce mat using Snail and adhered it to a Thick Very Vanilla card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Very Vanilla Envelope with the small snowflake image from the Snow Is Glistening stamp set in Shaded Spruce Ink, stamping them off once to get a softer image.  I hope you will give this card a try once you are able to purchase the stamp set.  It was very quick and easy.  Thank you for stopping by my blog today.  Happy Stamping.
