Good Monday morning stamping friends. How was everyone’s weekend? Did you watch the game last night? My husband went out and was watching the game at a friend’s house. Since it wasn’t on, I missed all the commercials which is my favorite part.

I have a quick card for you today using the Watercolor Pencils. I do like coloring with them to give my cards a different look. Here’s my card for today.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Stippled Roses Cling Stamp Set along with the Stampin’ Up! Very Best Occasions Cling Stamp Set and Sale-a-bration Most Adored Specialty Designer Series Paper for my card today.

I started by adhering a Most Adored DSP card front to a Flirty Flamingo card base using Liquid Glue. On a panel of Basic White, I stamped the large rose image from the Stippled Roses stamp set in Pebbled Path Ink. 

I colored the image using Flirty Flamingo and Garden Green Watercolor Pencils. I lightly went over the image to blend the color with the Water Painter. I adhered the artwork to a Pebbled Path mat using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered artwork to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a strip of Basic White, I stamped the sentiment from the Stippled Roses stamp set in Pebbled Path Ink. I cut the end into a banner using Paper Snips. I adhered a piece of silver Simply Elegant Trim to the back of the sentiment using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few silver Festive Pearls to the card front.

On he inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Very Best Occasions stamp set in Pebbled Path Ink on a panel of Basic Whtie. I stamped the small rose image and the large leaf image from the Stippled Roses stamp set in Pebbled Path Ink on the panel. I colored the images using Flirty Flamingo and Garden Green Watercolor Pencils. I lightly went over the images with the Water Painter to blend the color. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Pebbled Path mat then to the inside of the Flirty Flamingo card base.

To finish my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the small rose image from the Stippled Roses stamp set in Pebbled Path Ink on the envelope front. I colored the image using Flirty Flamingo and Garden Green Watercolor Pencils and lightly going over the image with my Water Painter. I adhered a panel of Most Adored DSP to the envelope flap.
