Good Thursday morning my stamping friends welcome to our Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. I hope everyone is doing well today. If you are hopping over from Akiko Sudano’s blog, thank you for stopping by. This week we have a Theme Challenge. Here is my card using this week’s Theme.

I used the Stampin’ Up! Paradise Palms Bundle along with the New Horizons 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper for my card today.

Our theme this week is to Create a Scene!

I started by adhering a panel of New Horizon DSP to a Pale Papaya card base.

From a panel of Basic Black cardstock, I cut out 2 of the palm tree dies using the Palms Dies. From another panel of Basic Black cardstock I cut out 3 of the grass dies using the Palms Dies. I adhered the grass die-cut pieces to the bottom of the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals and Glue Dots where they overlapped. I adhered the 2 palm tree die-cuts to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On a small panel of Basic Black cardstock, I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Paradise Palms Cling Stamp Set in VersaMark Ink. I sprinkled it with my White Embossing Powder from the Basics Embossing Powders and set it using my Heat Tool. I cut the sentiment out using the Stylish Shapes Dies. I adhered a small piece of Pale Papaya 3/8″ Open Weve Ribbon to the card front with Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the sentiment over the ribbon using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few 2021-2023 In-Color Opal Rounds to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Paradise Palms stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the palm tree images from the Paradise Palms stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the side of the panel. I adhered a strip of the New Horizons DSP to the top of the panel. I adhered the Basic White panel to a Basic Black mat and then to the inside of the Pale Papaya card base.

To complete my card, I decorated a Basic White Medium Envelope. I stamped the palm tree image from the Paradise Palms stamp set in Tuxedo Black Ink on the envelope front. I adhered a panel of New Horizons DSP to the envelope flap.
