Stampin’ Up! Coming Home Greetings

Good Sunday morning my stamping friends. How is everyone doing today? Hope your weekend is going well and you are able to get in some YOU time.

Today I used the Stampin’ Up! Coming Home Bundle for my card. This was one I overlooked the first time looking through the catalog because I didn’t think I would use it. Boy was I ever wrong. Here’s my card for today.

My colors are from CAS Colours & Sketches Challenge #393. Here are their colors.

I started by cutting and coloring all my pieces for the card. From a panel of Whisper White cardstock I cut the 2 curved snow images using my Home Together Dies. I stamped the large house image and the car image from the Stampin’ Up! Coming Home Photopolymer Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink. I colored the images in using my Crumb Cake, Misty Moonlight and Night of Navy Stampin’ Blends Markers and cut them out using my Home Together Dies.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! In The Pines Photopolymer Stamp Set on the top curve of the plain piece in Night of Navy Ink. I curved the sentiment to match the curve of the snow. I adhered a panel of Snowflake Splendor Designer Series Paper to the top of a Night of Navy card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the snow curve with the trees to the card front using Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the house image using Stampin’ Dimensionals then stamped the light image next to the house in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.

I adhered the plain curved snow die using Stampin’ Dimensionals overlapping the first one. I adhered the car image using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered the card front to a Night of Navy card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a few Misty Moonlight 2020-2022 In-Color Enamel Dots to the card front.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment from the Stampn’ Up! Snowflake Wishes Photopolymer Stamp Set in Night of Navy Ink in the center of a Whisper White panel. I stamped the snowflake image from the Snowflake Wishes stamp set on either side of the sentiment in Night of Navy Ink, stamping off twice. I adhered the Whisper White panel to a Night of Navy mat using Stampin’ Seal and then to the inside of the Night of Navy card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

To finish my card I decorated a Medium Whisper White Envelope. I stamped the snowflake image from the Snowflake Wishes stamp set in Night of Navy Ink, stamping off twice, along the bottom of the envelope.

I adhered a panel of Snowflake Splendor DSP to the envelope flap.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I hope you liked my card and will give it a try. Happy Stamping!!

PAPER PUMPKIN PAST KITS AND REFILLS AVAILABLE AGAIN SOON!

While constructing the new online store, Stampin’ Up! was required to temporarily suspend the offering of past kits and refills from Paper Pumpkin.  The online store functionality that allows them to offer these products is nearly ready to launch.  Paper Pumpkin Past Kits and Refills will be available once again beginning 26 October!!

On 26 October, available products will include the September Refills and October Refills!  Yay!  The cute fall treat boxes and the Christmas card kit refills will be there!  These products will only be available while supplies last and require a Paper Pumpkin subscription to order.

Once the Paper Pumpkin Past Kits and Refills have been made available again, Stampin’ Up! will continue to release new past kit and refill products each month as inventory and demand allow.  If you’re interested in purchasing these products, they’re typically releasedβ€”if availableβ€”on the 4th Monday of each month.  So keep checking the online store for more refills and past kits!

  1. Don’t you just love it when you think you wouldn’t use a stamp set and then you discover, “why yes, yes I would” and you did it beautifully. I have a friend who has a blue beetle. This stamp set would be perfect for her! The only problem would be I’d have to change the scene to palm trees and the ocean πŸ™‚ Have a wonderful day.
